Goldzenn is honestly the only place I’ll go now for solid gold—I’ve brought my whole family here because the craftsmanship is just on another level. You’re getting genuine, Miami-made quality without the crazy retail markup, and the peace of mind you get from their XRF testing makes the whole experience feel safe and personal. It’s rare to find a jeweler that treats you like a person rather than just another sale, but these guys truly care about the pieces they’re making for you.

From the very beginning Goldzenn has been awesome, I have bought multiple jewelry pieces from them and the quality and service has been awesome. Moises is great to work with and has helped me with the purchase of every piece I’ve ordered. The Cuban link quality is just masterful, love my gold Cuban link and purchased a bracelet to match, silver Cuban link as well. They have great prices and quality, I shopped around between them and Gus and honestly the vibe, the prices and quality brought me to them, I went to the store to check their pieces with Moises before I decided on buying, he took the time to show me different pieces and ideas. Julio has a great operation and I will continue to purchase my jewelry from them.

The customer service was absolutely top notch! Ofelia kept me up to date and answered my questions over and over. The willingness to go above and beyond by her helps make the shopping experience spectacular. She was very personable and helped draw me in as a customer even though I initially just wanted a piece not from them made different
