I ordered several training items from this website, which promised a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. Several weeks have passed, and I have neither received the order nor any updates regarding its status.

Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. Messages sent via the website chat go unanswered. The email addresses listed in the website’s contact section yield a reply stating that the golfbackyard.com domain is suspended. Messages to the email listed in the order summary (golfbackyardbusiness) receive no response. Phone calls to the contact number provided on the website are also not returned.

Additionally, the website contains outdated and inconsistent information. The warranty and claims section references the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, which is no longer operational. Delivery costs and timelines listed in the “Delivery and Returns” section do not match the information shown elsewhere on the site or in the order confirmation.

Given the issues listed above, I strongly advise others to avoid this retailer.

Ordered an golfing matt for an reasonable price. After waiting for 3 weeks i contacted Golf Backyard. They responded saying sorry and that the shipment will arrive in the following week. Contacted them again several times in the coming weeks, they haven't answered anything. And now it's been more than 2 months since my order.
