I ordered 2 shirts for Father's Day which was on June 21st, but neither shirt got here in time. I placed the order on May 19th thinking that a month would be plenty of time for delivery. One shirt is still tracking that it's in the UK and the other shirt was exchanged on June 7th for a different size but still has no progress on the exchange. I reached out to Golf Bros for help but have had very little support and nothing has changed. Would NOT recommend ordering from here

Really good quality, lightweight material and great customer service

Quick delivery of great quality amd well fitting shirts for the summer.

Some teething issues, the wrong cap was sent out and there were delays in exchanging. Jack was quick to reply and deal with things however. Quality of the items is good though and I’ll buy some more. Can’t expect Amazon level service from a start up, but there’s room to improve.

Ordered 2 but different sizes, when one was out of stock the first one was sent quickly so I didn’t miss a birthday. The 2nd followed quickly. All emails were answered promptly and customer service was excellent. Product is great value and recipients both say they are comfortable and well made. Would highly recommend!

Arrived quickly,packaged well. It's for a christmas present for my partner, I've had a look at the shirt, quality is lovely and feels nice and soft. I'm sure it will be a hit when he opens it.

The delivery was quick and I bought 4 x split the G T shirts with the Ryder cup discount 25% they worked out to be 37.50 each now you are offering them for 35.99!!! This doesn’t make me happy.

Quality material and realistic sizing allows you to shop online with confidence.

If you need to return anything, please pay more for tracking. I paid £4.00 to return a shirt for exchange,which has gone missing. No exchange, no shirt and no return . £40 down . Returns for exchange still have to be paid for , even when the company sent the wrong size !
EDIT.. The customer service from Golf Bro cannot be faulted , they reply straight away to my queries .Apparently I ordered a small by mistake so I’m at fault in the first instance.

Great shirt my son absolutely loves it . Will buy in other colours for my other 2 sons . Washes a treat too ! And very quick delivery
