My purchase arrived in a timely manner and the items were properly packaged and exactly as shown and described on the website. I will be ordering more items in the future.

The quality of the clothes were very good. But, costumer service wast the best, fast and reliable response, very pleased.

The shopping experience has been terrible. They sent whatever they felt like. Clothes in a different color than described, with serious defects, and in the wrong size. The worst part is that the size charts they have published on the website don't match the actual measurements either.
A complete disaster.
Buying here is a lottery. You never know what you're going to receive.

When I reached out to inquire about my package, the response was prompt and informative and I received my package with no issues. I appreciate this as most of the time these days it seems to me, that this is unfortunately not typical. Thank you for communicating with me and in a prompt manner UAB Military. What I ordered was what I received as well which was nice too. I will have no worries in purchasing more from you

I appreciate the quality of my purchase I also think their response to inquiries was fast and truthful, however I take issue with the time from purchase to delivery. I purchased my item on August 11th and received delivery on September 2nd, I was surprised to find my item shipped from Lithuania! Perhaps a little truth and disclosure should be practiced up front!

Took a very long time, nearly three weeks to be shipped, According to tracking #, it just sat before being shipped out.

I waited 3 weeks from the time I ordered it to receive it only to have it shred to pieces after i washed it. And paid just as much for the shipping as for the item. I will not use this company again. Very disappointed. And I’m out 40.00. I lost time and money.

Ich habe insgesamt 4 Wochen auf mein Paket gewartet.
Nach 7 Tagen habe ich mich das erste mal erkundigt, da die Paketverfolgung nicht funktioniert hat und mir dies komisch vorgekommen ist.
Dies wurde vom Verkäufer aber nicht ernstgenommen und ich wurde mit Floskeln abgewimmelt.
Nach 4 Wochen habe ich mich noch mal an den Verkäufer gewannt und er meinte das Paket ist verschollen.

Rückerstattung vom Geldbetrag hat einwandfrei funktioniert, deshalb zwei Sterne.

Easy to order but sadly the tracking process of the shipment and its subsequent time spent going thru customs takes fsr to long. Not a problem for the company its just a gripe . Because customs takes to long you can do nothing

I’ve checked the company’s site to make sure this order was shipping from the USA and it was showing from the USA. However, after placing the order and receiving the shipping information, I’ve noticed that the shipping time changed to an extremely long time. When I contacted the company, they said it was shipping from Lithuania and would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Additionally, the company used a third party shipping company with USPS as the final carrier. That being said, there is no up-to-date tracking information. This is poor customer service, marketing and communication.

For aspects of quality, price and deliver service, it is truly great and excellent.

However some favourite-surplus items always short of supply or unavailable eg. French army jackets(small size only), Swedish army M90 camo(small only). Hoping to looking for those shortage items in various sizes

The deliveries came reasonably quick and the items quality was exactly as described in the description.
