Im trying to return the watch but the company arent responding to my request.

Purchased a smart watch worth 7999 recently, This has to be one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The most basic function of a fitness watch—counting steps—doesn’t even work properly. It randomly stops tracking, especially when I connect earphones to my phone. What kind of broken logic is that?

The heart rate readings feel completely unreliable, and the sleep tracking is just a joke—it shows random data that doesn’t match reality at all. It’s like the watch is guessing instead of measuring.

Even worse, I turned OFF call notifications, and this thing still keeps buzzing with incoming calls. So not only does it fail at tracking, it also ignores your settings.

For this price range, this product doesn’t even deserve 0 out of 5. It’s not just disappointing—it’s straight-up useless. Avoid this brand if you value your money and sanity.

Worst possible company for any support. Never buy anything from the company's site. The products are really average and the service is the worst possible service ever

I am extremely disappointed and angry with Noise’s customer support. This has been one of the worst after-sales experiences I have ever had.

My earbuds stopped working, and I raised a complaint within the 1-year warranty period. Instead of helping, Noise wrongly closed my original ticket by calling it a “duplicate”, without telling me which ticket it was supposedly linked to. I followed up multiple times, only to receive automated replies and repeated delays.

Because of Noise’s own mistake and poor handling, my warranty period expired while I was still waiting for a proper resolution. After that, they simply said:
👉 “Your warranty is expired, we cannot help.”

This is completely unfair and unethical.

Product failed within warranty
Complaint raised on time
Ticket wrongly closed by Noise
Customer forced to open new tickets due to their error
Warranty denied because of their delay, not mine

This is not how a responsible brand behaves. Closing tickets without resolution and then denying warranty is nothing but cheating customers.

I do NOT recommend Noise to anyone. If you buy their products, be prepared to fight endlessly for warranty claims. I am now escalating this issue to consumer forums and public platforms.

Please do not order any product on Noise website. They are fraud company. You will not get any response for your product delivery or returns. No returns for their products. Recently I have been scammed by this company Noise. I have ordered Tag1 Combo on thier website which cost me 1899INR. They only send me one Tag in the box. When I tried contacting them through email or call, they denied the claim and asked me to upload the Video for first time box opening. When I sent this Video, they still not accepting the delivery of the 1 Tag is missing. Now there is no response. I have filed a Police compaint for online fraud. Please do not get into buying Noise product. Their quality of the product are very cheap as per the price they claim online through fake reviews. I would not advise anyone to get into this. Taking my money without inform....bakwaas companies no one solve your problem

This guys don't offer refund even though you return the product next day. These people's marketing is so good that it seems like the make the world's best product. But not even their single product is worth it. Highly recommended to everyone don't ever purchase a single thing from noise their policy is against a government rule and their product is more worst than that. They are selling chinese product in the name of INDIAN product. Fraudsters

It is a very bad product. I bought it in February 2025 and till date I have had it replaced and repaired 4 times and every time it takes me 20 days to get it, so out of 8 months, my product remained in their warehouse for 3 months, so do not buy such a fraudulent company or product.

I purchased the NoiseFit Active watch on 21st October 2024 (around 10–11 months ago). Naturally, when you wear a product daily, minor scratches appear, but the watch should still be covered under warranty for functional issues.

When I raised a warranty claim, Noise denied service stating that the watch has scratches. To make things worse, they closed my ticket (ID: 3965315) with the remark: “Your complaint has been closed from our end as we believe we have successfully resolved your complaint” — without providing me with any proper solution.

This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor after-sales service from Noise. Customers should be aware before trusting this brand.

Bought Noise Explorer smart watch for my kid. Paid 5K INR. Pathetic product and even worse serv ice. If you put the SIM battery drains down in 4-5 hours flat. Step count is completely off. 4-5 x any other smart watch. Without walking it will move by 1000s.
Video calling doesnt work.

I'm extremely disappointed with the "Air clip 2" product I purchased. from Noice Website.

- *Poor Sound Quality:* The sound is very low, and I couldn't feel the music at all. It was a waste of my money.
- *No After-Sales Service:* When I reached out to the seller, they claimed that the product's performance is "standard." No effort was made to address my concerns or provide any support.

*Advice to Others:*

Save your money and look for better alternatives. This product doesn't seem worth the investment.

Absolute pathetic service ! Despite paying 4 months in advance, they never delivered it and kept giving me excuse like they are giving me new gen GPU server. BEware, they want you to pay 4 month in advance but will delay shipment for 3 months with full of cluelessness.

Their products are worthless. I bought the ring which never worked. They took over 2 months to replace it and guess what the replacement did slight better as it connected to the app but never recorded anything. They made me wait again saying that there will be an update which will fix it but that never happened. I don’t understand how this scam of a company is still operating. I wouldn’t recommend to even an enemy. I’ve never written a review good or bad for anything before, but this company has pushed me to.

I ordered a pair of earphones from GoNoise.com and was shocked to receive them with visible wire damage right out of the box. I raised a complaint immediately, attaching proof, but their team closed the ticket claiming the product passed quality checks and delivery was fine — without offering any resolution.

Their return policy clearly states defective or damaged products are eligible for return, yet they completely ignored that. It’s frustrating to see a well-known brand like GoNoise neglect basic customer service and responsibility.

Very disappointed with the experience. I expected better support and integrity. Would not recommend unless you're ready to risk poor post-sale service.

Small Scratces on product . Make a video before opening the box

The company is fraud and the products are pathetic. The company is introducing many products but the quality of the products is very poor. Also the customer service is very bad they dont support once the product are sold.

Please Please Please dont buy their products

Noise.com is fraud company, sending damaged product and does not even accept it.
