I wanted to buy some ibcaa today but on checkout I found i could not pay by any other means as usual until I opened a amazon account!😳 why would I want to open another account just to pay? Whats wrong with PayPal or credit card? I don't want a million dormant accounts! I just want to pay as usual and receive my goods. I cancelled anyway, I'm not opening accounts i probably won't use.

Great promotion on their isolate protein. Fast delivery, nice taste.

Placed an order, provided with a link to track which didnt work. Order was "delivered" except it wasn't to my address and the photo didn't show my order.I didn't recieve my order.

Contacted Customer Service, in over a week I got one reply (asking to confirm my delivery address), and nothing else despite multiple chase up emails. I finally got another email with a link to an order that showed as delivered. Except this was an order I had placed two days after the initial order. The order numbers when contacting CS were explicitly shown. It was painful to have to point out how incompetent CS was when they can't even discuss the correct order or resolve the issue.

I had used GoNutrition since it's inception as it's founder was Oli Cookson who started MyProtein. The customer service was phenomenal - always going above and beyond to resolve issues, quickly and efficiently. I haven't trained for the last 2-3 years so haven't used GN in the interm. I was gobsmacked to recieve this service... a little research found that Oli sold GN in 2019. That explains everything.

Avoid using GoNutrition.

Arrived earlier than expected - great taste!

Quick and simple to order. Burnmax arrived a few days later and works well. Is effective and does what it says in the description.

Easy to order, but unfortunately took 12 days to arrive and that was after i sent an email asking where my item was.
Usually better service than this so maybe it was due to Covid or something.
