I ordered flowers sent to Ulaanbaatar, the company accepted the order but never delivered the flowers. No notification, nothing. If they cannot deliver, then they should not accept the order. Never again.

The flowers arrived in terrible condition, the message I wrote was completely illegible, and they added the price tag. Who leaves a price tag when sending flowers?

The concept of this company is an absolute fantastic idea. Sending flowers internationally, but using local florists and native, in season flowers not only supports the local businesses, but also much better for the environment! Good Choice Flowers were great with communication, letting me know immediately when they required more information, both by email and telephone. The only criticisms I have are the website needs to be a little more user friendly. I found it a bit difficult to navigate. It also needs to be a little clearer on what information is required, relating it to the country where the delivery is being made (e.g. the correct type of contact number for the recipient). And finally, a heads up of additional charges for currency change (I paid in £, for a delivery in Italy and therefore the price was in Euros. Didn't appreciate I had to pay extra for the conversion!)
Apart from that, I was very happy (as was the recipient!) The bouquet was beautiful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Despite the challenges - including a cancelled delivery due to miscommunication and drizzle - the team persevered and ensured timely delivery. The backend team was also super helpful and responsive. I wish sunflowers in stock, as I was really hoping to have those delivered. Nevertheless, I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful for the extra effort. Keep up the fantastic work!" 5/5 stars!

My Fiances mother is very sick and in the hospital. I wanted to send my future mother in law something special during this difficult time. I used good choice flowers and they had excellent customer service on the phone when I was wondering about which language to write in the order form.

The flowers arrived right on time and it was larger than expected. It was really beautiful and we appreciated everything.

The very caring and what I felt was personal relation the person taking my order used. I’ve had bad luck ordering on line and used direct call.
Never will do on line again. Also Good Choice provided me with daily and timely updates on my order. The flowers couldn’t be delivered on the actual Bday ( remote area) but the company sent her a lovely card announcing the flowers would be delivered the next day! They were true to their word. They delivered as contracted. Absolutely will us then again!!!!

I have never had to order flowers for international delivery before, but my wife received these beautiful flowers in a very timely manner and they were very professionally arranged. I’m very happy with the result!

The supposedly replacement flower didn't match the one you delivered. You said you will replace the sunflower of lillies, gerbaras and orchid. The recipient send me the bouquet and the flowers i saw didnt match the flowers that you said youll replace. Next time update your customer if theres any change in your end. Thank you.

The service is phenomenal and the communication is clear and concise. They delivered on time and they take feedback and requests very seriously.
Tremendous out of ten

It's not easy to find a floral and gift delivery company that is prepared to dispatch to Ghana, where my finacee Erica is now. We had a few 'teething difficulties' with this compnay (after near disaster with a previous company) but in the end GOOD CHOICE FLOWERS came through for us - and the roses, in my true love's favourite colour, eventually put a real smile on her face! I will consider using GOOD CHOICE FLOWERS again - maybe soon, for an Easter gift.

Ordering was easy and they delivered on time and day as requested. Flowers were fantastic and arranged with extras at no cost. Would highly recommend.

My Valentines delivery was to a "care of" address added to that the C/O address was a commercial company. The address was also in Asia. The delivery was made on time ,excellent product and one very happy Lady.

Thank you Good Choice Flowers for great customer service...even 'phoning me in the UK on the day of the delivery, to check the flowers had been received. My sister and her husband were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary on the Queen Mary 2 and were thrilled to receive the beautiful bouquet. Wonderful!
