Terrible customer service!!!
Terrible customer service!!!! I didn't receive my order, but I was charged. I had previously been a customer about a year ago and a was pleased with the quality of the meats. I put a hold on my subscription for a while and decided to order again for a special hosted dinner. They charged my card for the additional upgraded cuts, and the site stated my order was out for delivery. When it wasn't delivered on time I decided to call customer service. They stated they had cancelled my account, and the steaks would not be delivered. I asked if they could still deliver this week and they stated they would not since the account was closed. I decided to request a refund and let them know I will no longer be a customer of them.

Everything is good
Everything is good. The beef, chicken and fish are good. Iâm not crazy about the egg bites but nice to have in a hurry. I cook them and crumble them up in a skillet with shredded potatoes. Beef is wonderful. Just wish I could eat more of it but I eat mostly the lovely fish and chicken for my health.
