Genuinely found the medic’s mannerisms and approach to teaching very calming, patient and explanatory. We had hands-on practice with the equipment he provided and were able to get it all done in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

A very informative first aid course. It was pitched at just the right level for out volunteers, and they enjoyed the experience. The tutor was friendly, interesting and approachable.

Excellent day made both interesting and enjoyable by an outstanding trainer who is actually a paramedic herself. The day was informative, went very fast and nobody was made to feel out of place even if not "getting" it at first. There was a wide range of ages in the group from 20's so very senior. As a course the content was as expected, covered all the main aspects of first aid at work and made me feel confident I know what to do in an emergency. Plenty of questions were asked and answers were easy to understand and explained clearly. I received my certificate by email which is great and certainly recommend the organisation and everyone to do this type of course - you just never know when you might be able to help someone.

Great course - well explained

I recently attended a three-hour Mental Health Awareness for Managers course through work, and I found it incredibly insightful and valuable. Saul was good at keeping us going at a fair clip, whilst slowing down for trickier parts. Always engaging, informative, and I feel properly equipped to deal with a situation should the need unfortunately arise. Funny, too!
