My last order took 3 months to receive. The reasoning was that they had a lack of inventory. All the while Goodfair was advertising sales and deals and sending coupons to use. Just doesn't make sense to me.
2 month delay...never received package. Automated emails only.
I ordered from this company on August 26. I received automated emails on 8/31, 9/5, and 9/15 saying my order was delayed. I emailed on 10/25, asking for the ETA or to cancel my order. I emailed again on 10/28, and again on 11/6. I only received automated emails. On 11/6, I received a response, saying they were sorry and that they'd be shipping soon. I received a notification that the order was shipped, but I never received it. I filed a complaint with the company, which again went unanswered.

I’m a repeat customer but will never buy from this company again. After my most recent order, I sent an email to Goodfair. After no response, I sent multiple emails to other email addresses within the company and never received a response to my simple request.

My order took over a month to ship, and when my items arrived they were not what i ordered, were very cheap and wrinkled, and did not match the sizes i ordered. I attempted to give my order a second chance, but instead of the promised $4 for shipping, it was $14. I emailed goodfair multiple times regarding this, among other things, and have yet to get a response from them. Do not waste your money here, go to a in person thrift store- it’s cheaper, better for the environment, and doesn’t result in an unhappy customer like myself. The idea is great, but i am extremely disappointed with my experience with goodfair.

My order never came- you people have not responded to my consistent messages for multiple months- no refund either despite package never arriving & extremely unprofessional behavior from staff- disgusting company that misleads customers and refuses customer service despite advertising the opposite- immature behavior on social media platforms ran by company- clothing does not arrive / if arrived, does not come as advertised. Will not respond to other customers as well- refuses acknowledgement for unlawful production behaviors/professionalism. Extremely misleading company that uses performative activism as leverage for company greed.
Received incorrect order after 2 months of waiting with no correction or assistance
My order took over 2 months to come in and then I received “replacement” items without my knowledge. I would have preferred a refund. Also I emailed you all about my dissatisfaction and was never contacted back. I really loved my first order but will not be placing another.

I would not recommend. Took months and months to get my order. Bad experience with customer service being unresponsive and unhelpful. Then when I finally requested a refund after being delayed - this was ignored and the order was shipped only after making this request. When I finally got the items, the quality of what I got was bad (even by thrift store standard). Only one or two items I would actually wear.

I ordered XL and 2XL sizes and received S, XS and kid sizes. There was zero communication after several attempts to reach out to them. I finally opened a case with PayPal and got my money back, and still no communication from Goodfair, except for this survey. Will never recommend them to anyone
Do not buy from Goodfair
Do not buy from Goodfair. They will take forever to ship your items, you will never be able to talk to anyone who works there, and if they do send you items they will not be correct.

It took nearly 2 months to get my order from Goodfair. My email inquiries were met with automated responses that didn’t pertain to my situation. Frankly, I can thrift locally, and get what I need immediately, at a lesser cost, and with better customer service.

absolutely horrible customer service. i've been emailing for weeks about getting a refund with absolutely no response, and before then, had emailed for two months trying to figure out why my package hadn't sent with no response. not to mention they replaced things in my order without contacting me or refunding me any money. don't order unless you're patient enough to go up to two months with no contact back from a company.
They stole money from me
They stole money from me. First of all, I ordered three items and by the time I received them (two months later), there were only two items in the box and the third item was crossed out on the receipt (I was never notified that this would happen), but I never got a refund for that item. Secondly, I ordered two sweaters but got two cardigans! Cardigans was not listed in the description of the product. I sent many emails and DMs on their Instagram but they never responded! It’s been a month. Do not buy from them. While I support their cause and know they a short staffed, that does not justify theft or ghosting your customer!

Purchased several groups of items that were all”available “ when I bought them. Took them 2 full months to send me anything. I had contacted them twice and both times asked that they just send what they had of my order and I would wait for the rest. The second time I requested a refund if they did not have my order to ship right then. They refused and took another 2 weeks to ship it. When it arrived, the quantities were all different than what was advertised, my daughter received shorts instead of skirts and the women’s sweat pants were men’s, which is fine except for the size!!

The idea of saving clothes from the landfill is great! I love an eco friendly company. This was also a great way for me to get some shirts for work, as where I work I have a tendency of ruining clothes. Nice I can get some cheap, but quality stuff. The only downside is the long wait for some stuff, but it was worth the wait and they are really good about getting back with you quick if you reach out to them. Great company!
Goodfair is turning it around
Goodfair is working to get caught up. I just received an order that I placed on 9/19/21 (today is Dec 11). I was furious because I felt that Goodfair continued to give really wishy washy info and seemed like they were avoiding providing me with a refund. It does take a while to hear from them even now, but their prices are pretty fair, there’s always Honey coupons, and overall I like the mission. I would push Goodfair to be more transparent with customers about actual wait times - “soon” is not a word that should be thrown around so much. Overall, pretty good experience - love their selection and prices. Get ready to wait for Goodfair, because if they have to source items for your order, it might take a long time.
Y’all got problems but with some tweaks could see some greatness for the cause
Biggest issue - waiting over a month to receive my order. Second also big issue - missing a shirt entirely and contacting customer service three times with no response. Third issue - Camp Goodfair shirt had a massive stain on it thus unwearable.
0 Stars, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I would give 0 stars if I could and maybe a warning label. I would unfortunately not recommend Goodfair to anyone, in fact I would recommend people stay away from it. I love the concept, and was so excited to order and support the company, but Goodfair just let me down at every turn. First, it took months to get things shipped to me and I couldn't get anyone to respond when I emailed asking for an estimated shipping or arrival date. I got one or two automatic emails saying it was taking longer than normal as the company was looking for certain items, so that was fine, but I could never actually get anyone to answer my inquiries. Then, when I was eventually sent my order, I wasn't even sent all of what I ordered and received other things I didn't order and would never use and now just take up space in my house. Then I emailed about receiving the incorrect order and got an automated email about how I could get a new set for $4 for up to two weeks and that if that doesn't fix my problem then to email again, so I did, and got that automated response again and it has been weeks and I can't get ahold of the company. I am so thoroughly disappointed in every aspect of Goodfair and I was so excited to love it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Goodfair: no goods and it was definitely not fair
I ordered a bunch of clothing from good fair in September 2021 and good fair charge my account and took that money out of my account instantly but it is December 2 of 2021 and I am still without all the clothing that I ordered. I’m all for saving resources and buying ethically and was really excited to make positive changes in my life to support the environment and cleaner living but I simply could never recommend good fair to another person seeing as money is being taken out of my Bank account and there has still yet to be any items delivered or a personalized update about my specific order. It has been a terrible experience.
