Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive.

I used to own a trucking company. Now, more than two years after I shut it down, a company called Good Funding has sent me a cash offer to resume operations. I don't understand how they obtained my information; surely there must be a data source somewhere indicating that the company has closed—that it has ceased to exist.

I recently received an unsolicited funding offer for $350,000 from this company, despite the fact that my business is still in its very early stages—I’ve only completed the formation paperwork and haven’t officially launched operations. This immediately raised red flags for me, as legitimate lenders typically want to see some business traction or proof of concept before extending such significant funding.
Moreover, after researching this company and reading multiple reviews from other entrepreneurs, I found numerous warnings about their practices, including concerns about high fees, unclear terms, and aggressive collection tactics. These accounts have only reinforced my skepticism.
Given these factors, I believe it’s in my best interest to proceed with extreme caution and avoid engaging with this lender. Protecting my personal and business credit, as well as maintaining control over my company’s growth trajectory, is paramount at this stage. I’m choosing to listen to the experiences of others and prioritize reputable, transparent funding sources as I move forward.
