Most of my order was rotten. And getting a refund is next to impossible. My 1st and last order. The phone number provided isn't even theirs. I next contacted them by email on July 9th to complain about my rotted order. They offered me $40 for $108.50, not acceptable because most of the fruit was damaged and rotten.

Everything went wrong. Meyer lemons were never sent after 2 months in spite of their promotion. Peaches and nectarines arrived after constant complaints of no arrival rotten and full of mold. Shipping was supposed to be FedEx-2 day and it took a week. Poorly packaged. A refund was offered but the replacement fruit didn't arrive after a week. They must not be paying vendors.

They are quick to answer questions or concerns in. Reasonable amount of time.

The cherimoyas from Good Hill Farms were worth every penny. The fruits arrived well packaged and ripe enough to eat. The fruits are delicious. Thank you and keep up the great work!

The best farm with the best quality.I order cherries every year and they are so delicious nothing like store bought.You have to try their fruits u will never buy in store again.

Mangosteens were delivered fresh and delicious to enjoy.

Since the fruit was being shipped outside of the contiguous US, I worried that things might go south. But the fruit arrived in good time, the packaging was intact and everything appeared in excellent condition. First time having persimmon. 👍

Great customer service and delicious fruit!

I'm a native Californian now living in the Central Texas Hill Country. I know everybody here seems to think that Fredrickburg peaches are the greatest. UNTIL they taste California peaches. I look forward to my peach order from Good Hill Farms every year and I wish I could clone them so I didn't have to wait so long between seasons. Everything about Good hill farms has been excellent, from the time of order, customer service, quality shipping and exceptional fruit. I would post a picture but I've already eaten everything! Next month!

This company is not trustworthy. The advertised missing fruit order was never delivered and was the primary reason that I placed this inaugural order. The experience has been most disappointing and I doubt that I will trust your company again. Thank you but no thank you. I will assure you that I would have never ordered the pricey few oranges for $74 without the ingenuity of your marketing the cherry plums that required a 3-minimum box or complementary orders. Therefore, I will not risk being taken advantage of again with a similar ploy. I will review Farms Good Hill, accordingly, for the benefit of other potential consumers. Except for my inquiries twice about delayed delivery, the company initiated no communications on problems with this order.

Great company, everything was sent quickly and packaged perfectly. Ordering was easy, and the quality of the fruit is fantastic (I ordered loquats and cherry mangoes this time--will definitely order again). Also included a link for how to ripen the fruit and how to store the fruit. Perfect.

Ordered cherry plums for over a hundred dollars, they sent me a cardboard box full of smashed and rotten sugar plums instead of what i ordered. You cant call them they only have ai text support via emails as far as i can tell , no luck getting my money back, they offered me store credit though but i would never order anything from them again . i wish i could post photos of what they shipped me, also there was no ice pack or anything for protection in the box, really laughably bad, i cant believe they are in business.

I have been ordering Fruit from Goodhill Farms for a number of years. I always receive my fruit within one week of purchasing it (I live in NYC - across the country). The box of fruit is well packed, good quality and really tasty. I highly recommend ordering from this farm, you will not be disappointed.

First time customer, they have beautiful selection of very unique fruits of all kinds! Customer service is exceptionally helpful. My pomegranates were amazing quality, they arrived in carefully packaged. I’m excited to order another varieties of amazing fruits.

I received my order in perfect condition, although the box was crumpled on one side bottom. It was packed tight! The pomegranates were humongous, the pink pineapple was wonderful!
