Very disppointed about the service ine of my family member recieved and told me. I am writing as I was the one to recommend this GP clinic to them. I have the doctor name who talked very rudely and misbehaved. Was not expecting this level of service. I have never heard such rude behaviour of dealing with patients at a gp clinic.

Very happy with the service received at Goodpeople medical centre, Dr Manuel is a fantastic, thorough Dr, my son needed a scan and we where offered an appointment at the centre within days, got results in 2 days, fantastic to have GP and scanning services all under the one roof.

Very disappointed
Went for my first appointment in this clinic excepting to be asked about history etc for general tests blood pressure, weight taking, bloods to be arranged etc.
The doctor had my file - only looked at when I asked if she had read.
Explained I need repeat prescription this was sent to pharmacy. Asked if I had any other issues said my weight and was told to cut down on carbs and not to stress about, only have biscuits now and again. Left with having no blood pressure taken - I have history of high blood pressure and on medication I am on it is normally taken every time I see a doctor. No arrangements or suggestion of getting bloods that was my first and last appointment.
