Ma commande a passé automatique suite à mon abonnement, mais je ne la voulais pas. La journée même je les ai contacté et ils mont répondus toute suite, ils m’ont permis d’annuler ma commande. Service à la clientèle excellant!

Unfortunately my order was mixed up. When I reached out to Good Protein, they replied right away and had my correct shipment out right away. The service was spot on and the Maple Cookie protein is amazing!!!

Most of the flavours I've tried have been excellent (chocolate, berry, vanilla, peanut butter). The banana cream has a nice flavour but it does not go smooth, it remains chunky. After Reacher out to customer service I was made aware that due to the ingredience of this shake it does not go smooth. Apparently the coconut oil allows for this. Since it was past the satisfaction guarantee they did not offer a discount or a new product but thanked me for my review.

We love good protein powder. The best part is no grittiness. I love how it's not too sweet. I have tried many powders and they have all failed me. I have been using this product for almost 2 years. Friends and family are now using it as well and love. We even take 2 2kg bags with us while away over the winter months. There are no substitutes!!

I’ve had a really great experience with Good Protein so far. The protein powder tastes amazing, which honestly makes it so much easier to stay consistent. I also love having a high-quality alternative to whey protein that still delivers on flavor and texture.

Their subscription service has been smooth and reliable, and the added free bonuses for staying subscribed are such a nice touch—it actually makes you feel valued as a customer.

Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the service, and I’d definitely recommend Good Protein to anyone looking for a delicious, plant-based protein option.

I can’t actually explain how positively I think about Good Protein in a single paragraph. I need to consider publishing an opinion piece with the National Post or something. This brand is incredible. This product has been an impactful and rewarding addition to my life. I will never buy another brand of protein powder as long as they exist.

Be careful when subscribing to Good Protein.

They advertise that you can cancel anytime, but when I tried to cancel after delays and poor service, I was told there could be a cancellation fee related to the promotional price. This was not clearly explained when I signed up.

Customer service (Charlie) was very pushy and kept repeating the same responses instead of helping resolve the issue. It took multiple emails just to cancel properly.

Everything is now cancelled, but the experience felt misleading. Just make sure you fully understand the terms before subscribing.

We have loved this product for a number of years now. The quality is amazing as well as the awesome flavors!
And the excellent customer service to boot.

Good protein has by far the best customer service! I have had to contact them twice and both times they were quick to resolve my concerns. I also love their products. Chocolate fudge is my favourite

I had an issue with a "lost" shipment. The staff at Good Protein kept a close watch on my package and where it stood in the delivery loop. I had ordered my product on March 28,2026 and what should have take 2 -3 days took 12 days. Some mix up must have occurred and when they enquired if I had received my parcel and I said no, they went into detecting mode.

I’ve been subscribing to Good Protein almost since they first launched, and it’s by far the best protein shake I’ve ever used. There’s no aftertaste, and it’s incredibly filling. I usually have one in the morning, and sometimes another at night when I’m feeling a bit “peckish.”

I like to blend mine with ice, a banana, and a bit of peanut butter—it honestly feels like I’m treating myself. Over the years, I’ve introduced many of my friends to this product, and now they’re hooked too.

Not only is it a great product, but an added bonus is that it’s Canadian.

I received a faulty product back in January and had to reach out multiple times to different people over the course of a few weeks, which was a bit frustrating. However, I really appreciated how the situation was handled in the end.

To make up for the delay, they sent me a surprise bag, which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture. It definitely turned my experience around.

Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and the way they made things right. Great customer care in the end!

I used the Order now system just before Easter to give my daughters the collagen booster that they both liked. Even though it was a day since the order, I was use to a delivery notice. I texted Good Protein with my concern. Good Protein responded immediately reassuring me that they would initiate a delivery request. The delivery company responded to the request. The order arrived at the perfect time. I was able to give my daughters their collagen while they were visiting.

I was not happy with the product I received and when I contacted them to cancel the subscription they will not allow it without charging a fee of $20. Literally a nightmare experience, required about 6 emails back and forth just to get to this point. I will NEVER recommend this company. A company that is confident in their products does not need to act this way. Very disappointing after trying to support a Canadian company and order from a retailer who’s not Amazon.

Amazing company and even better flavours, I've tried multiple protein brands and they all left me bloated and all had a chalky aftertaste, this is the first protein that I don't experience any bloating afterwards.

All the flavours are amazing, but the maple cream is absolutely on another level, it satisfies my maple cream cookie cravings

p.s. would love to see a bubblegum flavour even if in limited run, would be amazing for the summertime

Great product. Speedy delivery. I get my shipment in 3 days. Customer service is amazing. They helped me out and it is greatly appreciated. I love the vanilla flavor. It helps curb my cravings. I usually have a shake in the evening to curb my chip cravings. Works like a charm. Thank you for this amazing product

It is promoted as being not chalky. I have tried it and it is definitely chalky.

Great customer service and prompt delivery. I have tried Chocolate Fudge and Strawberry and cream. Both flavors are fantastic. Looking forward to trying Mocha and Chai Latte soon.
