I waited till the cashback confirmation date, but finally I saw it is declined. The customer care will convince you saying that other cashback app was used so it is declined. But first they said I had returned the product, after showing the proof, they changed the topic that it was not done by their app. Dirty rascals they are.

Despite uploading my video on time, I have yet to receive any payment. My complaints via email, direct messages and even Twitter have been ignored.

*It's been more than 2 months and my payment is still pending.* It seems that sharing this issue on Twitter hasn't made an impact. Even their CEO is not bothered to reply once Ankita Jain & Aman jain

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Gopaisa's customer service, and I must say, I'm deeply disappointed. The issues I encountered primarily revolve around their delayed responses and unhelpful communication.
Firstly, the delayed responses from Gopaisa's customer service left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Whenever I reached out for assistance, it seemed like I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before receiving any sort of reply. It's disheartening when you're seeking help or resolution and the company doesn't prioritize timely communication.
Secondly, the responses I did receive were shockingly unhelpful. Rather than addressing my specific concerns, I was met with generic and vague answers that did nothing to solve my problem. It's incredibly disappointing when you reach out to customer service for guidance, only to be met with replies that lack substance or clear direction.
As a customer, I believe that efficient and effective customer service is a fundamental aspect of any company's success. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Gopaisa has left me questioning their commitment to providing quality support. I genuinely hope that Gopaisa takes these concerns seriously and works to improve their customer service standards, as it's essential for building trust and loyalty among their customer base.

It's a worse company with a toxic work environment and management.

Seems site is fake they just show offers of Cash Back but they don't give it, no response of mail

Biggest fraud, first of all, they won't track you, and if you complain they will update history to never pay you.

Better switch to CashKaro.

On high cashback items always not tracking orders.
6% FEES on cashback processing. Not recommended.

Best way go paisa

Always ignoring big cashbacks to track and sometimes will decline cashbacks after showing it pending for 3-4 months. Faced a lot of problems with them and they also made me suffer a lot of monetary losses by rejecting or non tracking the cashbacks. Customer service is very poor and never resolves you positively.
Not recommended........

I have also shopped through this website. It gives accurate cashback on some stores.

Support is useless, no cashback issue is solved. They also charge 6% of the Redemption charge.
