I believe your site and actions to be misleading. I feel I was not aware of the actions to be taken after I gave my credit card details. I dint have enough information and feel like I was tricked .

J'ai dû cliquer par erreur sur une adhésion pour un site de parfum, mais je ne mets jamais de parfum donc ce ne m'intéressait pas du tout.
J'ai demandé un désabonnement immédiatement en envoyant un mail aux service support et d'après la réponse d'une personne répondant au prénom de Jamal, je serai intégralement remboursé.
Donc je mets 4 étoiles pour le service du support qui est très réactif et compréhensif.

I did not sign up for these products and tried to immediately cancel them when I realised that it was a contract and not a once-off purchase. Carmen and the Escalations Team assisted me by advising me of the best procedures to follow to get my issue resolved and promised to give me a refund of the monies deducted. I am grateful, thank you Carmen and team.
