Horrible company
Horrible company. Our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked 2 days later. Basically they try to make it impossible to make a claim. They say we have to file a claim with the airline, have the airline deny the claim and then send them a letter stating everything. Has anyone tried to get anything like this from an airline.
I'd hate to see what would happen if we had a medical emergency.
