Go Real Travel レビュー

app was great. having someone I could call or text and get quick response was helpful. Thye did a wonderful job of rescheduling my trip when we had to change our outbound date. Hi praise for Go Real Travel.

Great ladies and very caring of our needs and where and what we wanted to do. Stayed in contact the whole trip before during and after.
Took care of any little discrepancies along the way and all around very professional and friendly will definitely use their services again in the near future!!❤️😎

First time using Go Real Travel, and the service they provide definitely did not disappoint.
Where to even begin.
From the moment that we started planning the parts of Europe we wanted to see and the special interests of each destination Tyler was helping to curate our perfect trip experience. He was able to come up with a perfect itinerary and made any requested changes before finalizing the final cost. Everything was 100% customizable to our specific wants and needs. Price range was given for what we were expecting to spend and from there Tyler took care of the final details with booking our hotels, ride accommodations from airport to hotel, booking private guided city tours as well as group tours. The team also helped make small changes to our itinerary as the trip got closer and more research was done on our part of additional things we wanted to see, and adjusting for days/times that certain things were closed on the day we were set to go and do those things. Appreciated that they picked hotels that were close to city centers and within walking distance to most everything we had planned to do and see.
Real time help while in the middle of our trip was invaluable. There was a time when, because of traffic we were close to not making it back for another scheduled and paid for tour. The team made sure to have a bolt ride waiting for us to take us direct to the location so we wouldn’t miss out. They also were of help when traffic again caused us to almost miss our train to the next city and eased our nerves letting us know they could put us on the next train no issue if we didn’t make it in time and to let them know if they needed to rebook our train tickets.
All the private tour guides they work with that we interacted with were top notch. Loved that they could offer us these private tour guides so we could ask and learn all the things that we were interested in learning and knowing, without the large group of people.
The app they have worked flawlessly through our entire trip. So nice to have everything right there on our phone so if there was any question of where, how, why it was all right within the app. There are tips about each area, how to use public transit, money exchange info, hotel info, and so much more.
We will for sure use their services again when we get ready to plan our next European adventure! I also appreciated that they wanted to call after our trip and ensure that everything went well and asked for both positive and negative feedback to improve their company. Hands down valuable service from this small team. They did an outstanding job for us! I have already told multiple people that their services are worth it.
Thank you for making our trip memorable and smooth.

Go Real Travel (GRT) is a great resource for handling the details of your trip. We took an unrelated river cruise which ended in Vienna, but we wanted to spend a few days in Munich before flying back to the U.S. GRT obtained our first class train tickets, arranged a private walking tour, and private transfers to the hotel and to the airport. Yes, we could have done those things on our own, but GRT provided such detailed instructions on how to navigate the train stations, and how to meet our transfer rides, what to expect each step of the way, all of which allowed us to enjoy our time there, no stress. The guide for our walking tour was excellent. This was our 2nd time using GRT, and will definitely use again.

I knew nothing about this company when I was approached but I was in the early planning of a trip to Italy and Myles had a very professional, honest approach. I appreciated that he was an American living in Prague (where the company is located) and had so much personal experience traveling through Europe.
Myles and the company made the planning seamless but really took into account our likes and what we wanted to do. We ended up traveling with our 85 year-old mother and Go Real made sure that the transportation and tours would accommodate her.
As with most travel, there was an issue at a hotel and with some train changes. I was so relieved that the people at Go Real didn't leave us hanging but helped us immediately.
I will use Go Real in the future and will also recommend them to others.

Tyler was on multiple calls and Google meets with me in order to explain the details of the trip.
The trip was organized perfectly, and transitioned day by day "like a Swiss clock."
We had PRIVATE tour guides in all cities and towns.
Whenever we had questions during our trip our messages were answered immediately.
To top it all off, we lost a package in Vienna...Tyler Hawthorne tracked it down had it sent to his home and then couriered it to us in Toronto, Canada.

The level of communication was excellent both before and during our trip. We had to make some changes while in Europe and had quick response times and the directions and detailed information we received were invaluable during our trip. Not having to book our own hotels or train tickets was a huge benefit. The only thing I would stress is to be very specific about the type of hotels you want to stay in and their location and the type of activities/tours you want to do. We wished we would have researched that a little more but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely use them again!

BEST travel agency. They took care of us from the first day we worked with them in planning our Europe trip of a lifetime. We had every detail at our fingertips and on the app. They consistently contacted us during the trip to make sure everything was perfect. When we had an issue at one brand of hotel, they quickly changed a stay at the same brand in a different city.
All of our private guided tours were excellent. GoRealTravel worked with us to have a combination of scheduled tours and time to explore on our own. We did 15 days, 6 cities, 3 countries and they helped us make sure it was not overwhelming or exhausting.
Will not travel to another country without them.

Having GoReal collaboratively build our custom trip was incredibly time saving and fun. I feel like we were able to fully customize and adjust the trip to suit our interests and budget and never felt pressured to add things or keep things that we didn't feel fit.

Once on the trip the app was incredible and we just got to enjoy the trip without hardly thinking about anything except where we wanted to eat. We had the perfect amount of preplanned excursions or guided tours and tons of free exploration time as well. Hotels were nice and in great areas and having breakfasts all included in the plan was great.

Private tours really spoiled us as we would see the larger groups and be so thankful we had a private guide and could even customize the tour while on it which we loved! So much flexibility when the tours are private.

We spent 15 days in Europe in four countries and 5 landing spots. Never felt over scheduled, never felt rushed, and truly enjoyed the trip without needing to worry about planning.

Communication with the company was so easy even while on the trip. We needed one itinerary adjustment and they responded quickly and helped us out.

Could not be more happy with GoReal and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone needing help planning a trip in an area they are not familiar with.

Is it more expensive then planning on your own? Sure...but absolutely worth every penny!

Myles and his team at Go Real Travel are the absolute best at creating the trip of your dreams—your trip, your way.
This is the second time in less than 2 years we've had them help us plan a weeks-long European adventure.
I'm a former travel agent, and I still love working with Go Real Travel because they save me so much time and I trust them 100%.
The real work is in the details, and they do details exceptionally well. I can tell them exactly what I need help with, and they take care of it all, saving me from spending endless hours researching and then wondering if I've made the right choices.
One thing that's non-negotiable for us is having a guided walking tour in every new city we visit. Go Real Travel has connected us with the most knowledgeable local guides. We've had an amazing time exploring each destination while learning so much about its history, culture, and hidden gems. We're back from our latest trip and still chat via WhatsApp with our fabulous Madrid guide, Carlos, as if we've known him for years!
If you don't want the logistical hassle of booking train tickets, museum reservations, private drivers who
speak your language, food and wine tours, and all the countless details that go into planning an unforgettable trip, Go Real Travel is for you.
We've trusted them with two incredible European vacations, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Highly recommended!
If you're still on the fence about booking with Go Real Travel, I'd be happy to share more about our experience. In fact, I've spoken with another traveler who was deciding whether to book. Just ask Go Real Travel to put you in touch with me—they have my permission to share my contact information.

Myles and the team at Go Real helped planned a large family trip with people coming and going at different times. We needed transportation for this large group to a small ancestral town and they provided private drivers. All of our tours and transfers were excellent. The group ranged in age from grandparents to kids and everyone enjoyed the trip. The hotels were also great and had AC and breakfast. While on the trip, Go Real responded to questions on WhatsApp and helped us as needed. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would recommend for anyone looking to do a custom trip with complicated logistics.

Go Real Travel is a small unique travel planning company that allows your input to come up with a travel itinerary that applies to your schedule and specific needs instead of a company that plans a whole trip that includes a large group with a dedicated itinerary planned in advance without your input.

We scheduled 14 days in Italy, visiting Rome, Sorrento and Salerno. Each location had our specific interest in sites we wished to visit within the timeline we wanted to stay in each location. Go Real Travel arranged all the major specific site tours we wanted to visit, keeping each tour group to less than 10, and as small as our group of 4. Each tour content was the same version as large tour groups that could number well into the 20's and 30's. The tour guides for each of our tours were very professional, teetering on the side of excellent, and provided a good history and overview of what we were touring. Each spoke good English, so communication was not an issue. When we were not on a Go Real Travel arranged tour, Go Real Travel provided us with a good overview and directions to other sites we could visit in our "on our own time", in the same city.

Travel for us in Italy was very different than in the United States. We experienced every form of transportation available; planes, trains, metros, buses, automobiles, and yes, lots of walking. Be prepared to walk in Italy!! Not being that familiar with the rail/train system, that took a little getting used to because of all the different operating train companies. There are the high-speed trains that operate between the major cities and the commuter trains that operated more regionally, along with the city metros and trams. But, Go Real Travel arranged all the city to city, some high speed and some regional, trains, so after getting used to the system, and some on the fly guidance from Go Real Travel, we were fine. You may want to study up of the European train systems before you go if you have never experienced that form of major transportation before. Go Real Travel also provided metro passes while in Rome, which help significantly with lessening the required walking. There were a couple of times we required an automobile transfer, so Go Real Travel knew when we would need those in advance and pre-arranged the transfers. All those transfers were on time, with professional transfer companies.

All of the hotel accommodations were arranged by Go Real Travel. Each was no less than 4 star. Each was very conveniently located to our major hub of travel, which was the train, metro and buses. Each was very comfortable, clean, professionally operated and included a very good breakfast setting to start your day.

In closing, we don't live in a perfect world, so there were a couple of times while in travel mode that I needed assistance in understanding some of the information provided. When I needed that assistance, I communicated directly with a Go Real Travel Support Agent. I was extremely pleased with the response time in getting back with me and addressing my question.

If you so choose Go Real Travel for your next travel planning, which I highly recommend for travel that lets you create and manage your own itinerary, I think you will be very pleased.

You will automatically need to download the Go Real Travel App to reference your itinerary when needed. I would also download two others for your communication use; WhatsApp to communicate directly with Go Real Travel Support should you require immediate assistance, and Trenitalia for scheduling any required train travel if traveling to Italy.

And now you know why I rated Go Real Travel a 5! We had never traveled outside our comfort zone of group planning, but now having done so, we are very, very pleased we did and will do it again on our next adventure.

We just finished our 10-day trip to Italy for our honeymoon, and it was an absolute dream using GoReal! We had the best hotels (A/C in all of them), amazing private tours, and helpful information throughout the whole trip. I can't wait to use them again!

The Go Real Travel team did a fabulous job organizing our recent trip to Prague-Vienna-Budapest. They are very professional, friendly, and responsive to questions and concerns. The app is invaluable and comprehensive, containing all aspects of the trip, from a detailed, day-by-day itinerary including historical data and detailed travel directions, to hotels, tickets, safety and general travel info. Hotels were centrally located with convenient access to attractions and public transit. All of the guides we had were exceptional, contributing to a very enriching experience. This was our 2nd time using Go Real Travel, and it will likely not be our last. Highly recommended!

From planning the trip to taking the trip, everything was extremely easy. The app made getting around Switzerland easy. Communication with the tour guides and people prior to taking the trip made everything run smoothly. Only thing I would change would have been, us being provided with information on the public transportation app that Switzerland uses. One of our tour guides showed us the app and we were able to download it. I think it would have also been helpful to go to to furthest point away first and make our way back to where I flights were leaving out of. (Interlaken first and ending in Zurich - flights arrived and departed in Zurich) Great trip and Go Real Travel made things easy and stress free!

I chose Go Real Travel to help with our first experience of traveling to Europe and was not disappointed! The expectation was set high and they met in all areas. We had flawless transitions between the three cities we visited and our accommodations were in perfect locations for getting a true feel of the areas. They scheduled several of our private tours and we were highly satisfied with them. We had access to lots of needed information ahead of time and a direct line of communication at all times. I will be returning as a future client. Kudos to Go Real Travel!

We had a great experience with Go Real Travel! Tyler set everything up for us and everything was perfectly smooth. The private transfers were so easy and luxurious! Would highly recommend booking with Tyler!

Our 4/22-5/5/26 Italy trip planned by Go Real Travel Agency and Tyler Hawthorne was truly the trip of a lifetime for my 60th birthday. Every detail was flawlessly coordinated from start to finish, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without stress or confusion.

We traveled through Rome, Siena, Florence, Tuscany/Chianti, Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, and Capri, and every transfer, tour, and ticket was perfectly arranged. We had knowledgeable private tour guides scheduled daily, drivers waiting for us in every city to transport us seamlessly to our next destination, and first-class train accommodations to and from Sorrento that were all handled in advance.

One of the highlights was the incredible boat tour around Capri and through the island’s breathtaking coastline and grottos. Every day felt magical because we always knew exactly where we needed to be, when to be there, and everything was ready for us. There was little to no confusion, interruptions, or logistical stress throughout the entire trip.

Tyler Hawthorne and Go Real Travel Agency created an unforgettable Italian experience filled with beauty, history, incredible food, stunning scenery, and memories we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a luxury, well-organized, highly personalized travel experience, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making my 60th birthday so special and unforgettable.

Mariya was so helpful in planning our trip to Europe with many stops! The hotels she booked were very nice with included breakfasts and she also booked train and excursion tickets for us!

I could not be happier with the service provided by Go Real Travel. Everything was just perfect on our trip to Paris and Rome - the transfers to and from the airports, the hotels, the itinerary, the guided tours and the food tours were all terrific. Myles and team clearly were very familiar with both cities and had great suggestions for how to best spend our time in each, and having so much detailed information ahead of time was incredibly helpful. And while we didn't need to use it, the peace of mind knowing we had 24/7 phone support while traveling was invaluable. Really excellent service! Highly recommend!
