Upon collecting my vehicle customer service was first class nothing was too much to ask.

This place is a little hidden gem in the heart of Park Royal. The vans are in prestine condition, the staff are friendly and the service is fantastic.

Exceptional!! Had the pleasure of hiring a automatic van, reserved online and got a confirmation call from the Jake, lovely, professional and extremely helpful.
He made my rental experience smooth and effortless.
I rented for 4 days but later needed to extend to another 2 days, not only did Jake gave me a NHS discount on my 1st rental but also gave me a discount on my extension and super deal on my mileage.

The van was clean and new, very easy to drive and extremely spacious, only put fuel, everything else was check and ready to go!

I would recommend jake and his team to anyone wanting a Genuine, friendly and professional service.
From the reservation to the friendly guys that delivered the van, Go rental is now my 1st stop whenever I need to hire.

Five stars at least! I received the very best customer service from Jake and his team when I hired an automatic van for a day. They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating – including when we swapped the type of van I needed; and later when returning the deposit. The van I got was perfectly sized for a small move, and returning it was quick and easy. I would not hesitate one bit in going back to Go Rentals for car/van hire – especially as it’s to support a hardworking local business in the UK. Support your small/medium businesses, people!

6 out of 5 for these guys. Don't usually leave reviews but I was kindly asked after they provided such a fantastic service, could not say NO. They have the best VW vans, very powerful and worth every penny. Immaculate service every time.
