Interesting that Gorewear get such bad review on Trustpilot really. Just ordered 4 items in their closing sale. All came quickly without fuss and good quality. I have ‘Gore bike wear’ (as it was) products from 18 years ago which are still in good shape and still doing the business when out in all weathers. Personally, it is a shame they are going.

Order an item.
Item price drops 50% during processing.
Tell them to cancel order.
Day later order is shipped before answer.
Tell them to do partial refund for the price difference.
They refuse to do that.
Goodbye hopefully forever.

Ich habe über eine längere Zeit GORE WEAR Produkte gekauft, bis ich den 1. Garantie Fall hatte! Ich habe 6 Paar Handschuhe gekauft, die einen Material Fehler aufwiesen.
Ich habe dies dem Kundendienst gemeldet und sofort gemerkt, dass da überhaupt keine Kulanz vorhanden ist. Wiederwillig wurd mir dann nur ein Teil ersetzt, obschon ich alles bei GORE WEAR online gekauft habe.
Ich bin total über den Kundenservice und die Garantie Leistungen von GORE WEAR enttäuscht und kann keine Empfehlung abgeben!

Ich habe mir drei Artikel bestellt, von denen ich einen zurückgesendet habe und alles verlief tadellos. Die Lieferung hat etwas gedauert, was mich aber nicht weiter stört. Die Qualität der Kleidung ist auf den ersten Blick sehr gut. Die Langlebigkeit wird sich zeigen.
Ich hatte schon bedenken ob ich aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen hier auch Probleme bekomme, aber dem war nicht so. Mein Geld habe ich auch umgehen zurückbekommen.
Also jederzeit wieder!

J’ai commandé un veste sans créer de compte sur le site. J’ai reçu une confirmation de commande mais pas de lien de suivi. En adressant un mail au service client j’ai reçu un mail comportant des erreurs de syntaxe et d’orthographe, ce qui m’a inquiété quant au sérieux du site. C’est alors que j’ai découvert les notes ici…et ça ne m’a pas rassuré.
Au final, j’ai reçu une réponse rapide à ma demande, le produit m’a été livré rapidement et est de qualité.
Je recommande donc.

J'ai commandé une veste gorewear gtx le 12/02 et depuis, aucune nouvelle si ce n'est la facture.
Bien souvent, envoi de la facture induit expédition de la commande, mais chez Gorewear non. Aucune nouvelle, aucun suivi..

Le service client indique subir un grand nombre de commandes mais cela semble durer depuis des mois au vue des expériences similaires entrevues sur truspilote.

Ma commande n'étant toujours pas transmise, je crains d'être dans le cas ou le suivi de commande étant défectueux, la commande sera automatiquement retourné en Allemagne sans que j'en sois informé...

Demande de procédure d'annulation de commande en cours et retour chez la concurrence...

Je déconseille grandement de passer par gorewear.com en direct..

Bestellung kam zeitnah an. Da ich nichts retourniert habe, kann ich dazu nichts sagen . Qualität wie immer top. Bezahlung mit PayPal 30 Tage gemacht und nach Erhalt einfach direkt auf zahlen gedrückt bei PayPal. Durchweg also positive Erfahrung.

Exzellente Produkte! Perfekt zum Laufen.
Preislich am oberen Ende, aber meist gute Spezialangebote.

I have recently bought several items expecting them to be nice. However the quality i terrible and does not cole close to the expectations. Their customer service has been absent. Nothing good to say... Hope you read this and steder clear as you very well know. There are plenty alternative 🧐

Ich habe eine größere Bestellung im Onlineshop abgegeben, die etwas verzögert bei mir eintraf. Von den insgesamt 7 bestellten Teilen habe ich 2 retourniert, beide in einwandfreiem Zustand, nur einmal kurz anprobiert mit allen Etiketten etc. und in der OVP. Erstattet wurde mir nun jedoch nicht der volle Betrag, sondern völlig willkürlich, ohne weitere Erklärung, 30€ abgezogen. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Hoffe nun, das Geld über Paypal zurückzubekommen. Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen und rate dringend von diesem Shop ab!

I was a little nervous ordering with Gorewear after seeing these reviews, but all went fine. The item was dispatched within a day and UPS's delivery was smooth. The recipient is pleased with the quality and design. I think the sizing is a little smaller side. Overall, very happy with the order. Many thanks!

J'ai une veste GORE (soft shell, je ne me souviens pas du modèle) depuis 2 ans. Super membrane. La petite soudure du curseur de la fermeture éclair a lâché. Vu la taille de la soudure, il s'agit d'un défaut de fabrication. Le service client me propose en réparation une sous-traitance en Allemagne à mes frais. Maintenant c'est la fermeture elle même qui cède. Quel dommage pour une veste de ce prix. Le gros point faible de ces vestes est la fermeture éclair.

I returned an item that was too big and was delivered on January 8, 2026. It is now January 12 and I sent an email asking when I can receive my refund and was told I should receive by January 20.

This is unacceptable and would not recommend buying from them again. They're the same as Craft Sports USA waiting forever to receive refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Excellent products let down by their customer services! I sent 2 products back due to being wrong size, didn't even bother to try them on as it was obvious they were too small, Sent them back in perfect condition, original labels and packaging and they only gave me a partial refund! Outrageous and theft! I will not settle until I get my full refund.

Même expérience qu'Henri ci-dessous, un colis qui repart en Allemagne sans être livré, un service client inutile, un article en rupture qui doit être restocké pour être recommandé...Navrant pour le niveau de qualité attendu

Zwei Artikel wurden retourniert. Gore behauptet nun, nur einen Artikel erhalten zu haben. Komischerweise wurde mir zuvor der Eingang beider Artikel bestätigt. Kundenservice unterirdisch und nicht hilfreich, ich musste einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnen.

Fabulous service. Great products. I ordered a waterproof running jacket and it arrived a week later. It was too large so I returned it and ordered the correct size. A week later I've recieved the smaller size jacket as well as confirmation that my returns are being processed and a refund will be issued.

Aucun suivi de livraison, le colis repart automatiquement en entrepôt en Allemagne... et on doit repasser une commande avec des prix plus élevés. Le niveau d'expérience client / livraison est très loin des standards du marché, y compris pour des marques bas de gamme.
Aucune aide de la part du customer service... c 'est extremement décevant de bout en bout. Et je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas...
