Bought a preorder game from them, which I never received. When I messaged shortly after the preorder window was up, they said they didn't have it in stock nor did they know when they would get it back. Funny considering just about every other supplier online got it back in their inventory a few weeks later (and Gorilla still had the game listed as a preorder).

They offered to give me a refund but you don't get points on that because it was still a waste of my time. Now I'm struggling to find the game in time for the birthday I bought it for.

Now the page for the game in question is 404. Still annoyed that they would sell something they didn't have, and evidently drag their feet on the matter when other suppliers got the game back no problem. If they were no longer selling the item, then I'd expect them to send and email to me any other buyers of their refund.

Don't buy from these guys.

After a long 12 month wait ( no fault of Gorilla Gaming) my grandson is over the moon with his new game. From pre-order to finally getting the game was great. Highly recommend them.

After reading some very dubious reviews on this site I was cautious about buying anything from Gorilla Gaming. But to my surprise the items I ordered (totalling over $800) where promptly shipped and arrived within 10 days in great condition. Very happy with the service received.

I purchased a pair Astro A50’s over 12 months ago and they failed, I contacted Astro direct and was advised there would be no warranty. Gorilla gaming stepped in and sorted it out very promptly and secured me a refund. Honestly it’s fantastic to see a business like Gorilla Gaming prioritise a fault and provide a high level of customer service. That’s gives me complete confidence in buying all things gaming from them. Highly recommend Gorilla Gaming

Great quality, has such good sound and the headset is very durable and bendy which is awesome, fast shipping and such a fast and easy experience checking out. For such a cheap headset nothing about the quality of the headset is cheap

Prompt confirmation of order, easy checkout procedures lacking in the tracking department. I had no idea when my parcel would arrive I could not find any way of tracking it, which was worrying because of the price. 4/5 great service but could improve the tracking aspect.

I ordered two controllers with one being a pre-order.
The in-stock item was shipped quickly with no problems. The pre-order, I had to cancel as the date had changed and I needed it sooner than the date specified. I put in the request and very soon after I had my refund processed.

So I got in contact with the NZ site re a nintendo switch that had a fault, they took an age to respond to any emails/communication and the at least a week for any subsequent replies. Saying that another team would get in touch with updates on the process but that hasn't happened as yet... so I won't hold my breath...

Purchased planet coaster from gorilla gaming had a problem with the disc after contacting them they fully refunded my money as no replacement was available first class service certainly will buy from Gorilla Gaming again customer service is excellent

Game arrived shrink-wrapped and in perfect condition!

I ordered the switch essentials case kit and the screen protector was cracked in the corner, it wasn’t very bad so I tried to stick it down to the screen and the screen protector was not sticky at all so it left bubbles all under the screen no matter what I did,
