When all other suppliers said no they could not meet my short turn around deadline, Alex Brune, Senior Account Manager, when out of his way to make it happen. My order was delivered on time as agreed. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Gorilla Promo lots now and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. James and Harry are an absolute pleasure to work with — really helpful, responsive, and they make the whole process smooth and straightforward.

The products are always spot on and exactly what I asked for, with great attention to detail and really good quality. On top of that, their prices are very competitive, which makes the service even better value.

It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers on both quality and service, but Gorilla Promo definitely does. I’ll definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for custom branded products.

It took a while to find somewhere that could produce branded ski goggle covers, but once I found Gorillapromo, Harry made it a smooth and easy process from design to delivery. Great communication, fast response time and quick delivery.

Exceptional customer service - I was helped by Harry, who advised and answered all my questions when placing an order for 60 logo bottles. He has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process from getting the quote, to getting the bottles delivered. Great prices also which is always a bonus :) thank you Harry !

We needed some banner pens ordered a relatively short notice for a festival we ran in June. I had contacted 14 suppliers and Gorillapromo were the only one who could get us the pens manufactured and delivered on time. Sarah was beyond fantastic. She managed to secure a manufacturer that could deliver on time, and even successfully negotiated the price down for us. She was also incredibly kind and patient with the endless emails I sent her. She was proactive in keeping me informed throughout the process and incredibly prompt with communication. All attendees also absolutely loved the pens so we’ll be back for more next year. 10 out of 10 recommend and would not change a thing.

If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. Any correspondence I sent was replied to. No questions or queries I had, were left unanswered or not dealt with. I had my first order arrive from them. There was a little issue. But that was soon dealt with. I would like to thank two of their team members in particular. Sarah Ash and James Dean. I'd emailed Sarah and James a couple of times and got replies straight away. James was always polite and dealt with any questions I had, whilst Sarah was on vacation. Also, sorting me a sample, so I could see how it engraved. The guy cannot be faulted...Sarah, however, went above and beyond. Helping me place my first order, to, sorting out a query I had with the order. And so much more in between. It was a pleasure dealing with Sarah and James. The company have two diamonds in their team. Oh, and the bottles were top notch too🤣.

I didn't end up ordering anything unfortunately but I spoke with Sarah Ash, the senior account manager and she was the loveliest person! I don't often write reviews but this woman deserves recognition for being so helpful and friendly. 10/10 and if I ever need anything in the future I will be emailing Sarah direct. Thank you! (whoever is in charge, please give her a bonus or something - she's an absolute delight)

Sarah was exceptional from start to finish she was supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, which was a refreshing change compared to other companies with similar offerings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any corporate or tournament equipment and promotional needs. Her professionalism and efficiency truly set her apart!

Reached out with a general enquiry and Dan responded that same afternoon with a call, followed up by emailed quote including costs, lead time and artwork visuals as well as a sample in the post.

He made sure to let me know he was there to help whilst we waited on the decision maker go-ahead, without being too pushy or salesy.

The whole experience was efficient, seamless and the product is great. Delivery was prompt and the overall price was reasonable.

I will happily use Gorilla Promo again. Dan was great to deal with from start to finish. He was always contactable and kept me up to date every step of the way and we received a swift delivery with a great end product.

Dan was super helpful in getting some branded bottles for our company as little giveaways. We have already placed our next order for some Pens!
