When I didn't see the price listed in the newspaper or on the website, I decided to call and the agent shared that a "senior" and "student" price was an option and told me how to edit my order. I appreciated this help!

The coupons on go seek are not available
when I try to book the hotel deal.

I had been very pleased with goSeek.com until very recently. And my complaint may
not be their fault. On the last 3 hotel reservations, I have gotten from goSeek an
on-line coupon for a price reduction through CheapTickets.com. It appeared on the
CheapTickets web site that I had successfully applied the on-line coupon code, but
after I had filled out ALL of my information and tried to do the booking/payment,
it failed. I called CheapTickets.com by phone each of those times, and on one of
those occasions the rep was able to get it done. This last time though, he was not.
He first said that, "This coupon code has been applied too many times to this credit
card," but then said that was not the problem, but there was not enough available
credit on my card (which was incorrect). He suggested I try a different credit card.
I did, and it worked, but I don't understand this confusing on-line run-around.

Save Money. Nice to find a place that i like with low price.

It was a very easy process. I just wish the price had been a little better. But, it was the lowest rate I could find online. Thanks!

I had never heard of Go Seek and assumed that using Hotels.com or Expedia would yield me the best prices. I was wrong. I consistently see discounts in the range of 10-20% off of already discounted hotel websites. The best thing is the coupon codes provided actually DO work. They are definitely going to be my go to method for booking most of my business travel.

I never recieved a confirmation number or e-mail and did not think I actually made any reservations. If in fact, I did, I absolutely refuse to pay anything! The hotel had no record of any reservation from me and I had to scramble to find a room that night. I will never use your service again and please destroy my credit card number.
