After carful consideration of various companies to use for our NLV application we decided on GoSpain.
Linden Greensitt and Irina Greensitt showed us professionalism straight from the start. Emails answered same day even telephone calls. Nothing was too much work for them. All paper work we presented at our appointment was exactly what was required. This was all down to the expertise of Linden and his team.

We now wish we had done the whole NLV process via Linden. We were let down so many times by the Lawyer we used but Linden saved the day. We did get our medical insurance through Linden though and the experience we had dealing with him was second to none. Even on the day of our appointment, he was there to guide us.

Excellent company to deal with. We did our NLV application with Linden and he could not have been more helpful.

The staff were very responsive to my queries and helped us successfully navigate a surprisingly stressful and complex process. We asked them to translate & apostille the Medical Certificate & ACRO required for my daughter’s application for a study visa through the Spanish Consulate in London. Both documents were processed very efficiently within stated timeframes and were accepted by the Consulate. GoSpain continued to respond to further queries I had regarding the process which needs to be followed on arrival in Spain including acquisition of the TIE card. On receipt of the visa from the Consulate there was no explanation as to the next steps once in Spain so it was very helpful to get guidance from GoSpain.

We used the services of Go Spain to obtain our health insurance, medical certificate and translation and apostille of the various documents required for our NLV application. They offer an easy process to follow with a quick turnaround which is exactly what we wanted. In addition all services gave excellent value for money. On several occasions I had to speak with Linden from Go Spain directly and found him to be friendly, polite and above all very knowledgeable of the whole process. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Go Spain to anybody starting out on their NLV journey.

Being able to email Irina to get specific advice was life saving for us in obtaining our daughter's student visa. Despite there being information on the consulate website and other internet sources, much of the advice is conflicting and confusing. The consulate do not enter into discussions to resolve queries, either by phone or email. The frustration is huge and time is usually of the essence for visa applications as it was in our case.
GoSpain were amazing at helping us when - despite our best efforts - additional documents were requested by the consulate at the 11th hour.

I spent more than £400 with GoSpain and it took over 3 weeks for me to receive my legalised police certificate and medical certificate, causing me to miss my consulate appointment. Don't use this company if you need a spanish student visa!

Irina was quick with helping get my private medical letter, however it cost £235 for the express service. I expected both letters, the police certificate (ACRO) and medical letter, to arrive legalised in the post together, however Irina forgot to send me my ACRO even though I reminded her. This meant I missed my consulate appointment and I will not get my visa in time for my flight. On their website they claim that you will receive the documents back within 10 working days, however in my case it took 16.

Not only that, but GoSpain outsource all their apostille services to other companies. I would recommend that you go directly to them as it is likely to be quicker. For example my express service medical letter was apostilled by notary.co.uk and my ACRO was apostilled by, apostille-services.co.uk. I wish I had gone straight to them rather than via Gospain.

I was offered some compensation, however this cannot compare to the amount of money I will waste if I miss my flight.

Irina understood the rush for my appointment and due to their lack of service it is likely that I will not receive my visa in time for my flight to spain.

Great experience! Sent me and my wife the documents within the specified timeframe. Everything was accepted by the Spanish consulate without any issues. Will definitely use them again and 100% recommend them!

Very easy experience and quick efficient turnaround. I was very pleased with the service and was kept in the loop as things progressed. There were no issues with the document and translation which were accepted.

Used Linden at Go Spain to arrange for a new Marriage Certificate, apostle and delivered to Spain. Linden was extremely helpful and professional.
Sadly UPS let both Linden and myself down but Linden was quick to react and sorted it out.

I used Gospain to get my health certificates and it was so easy. The service provided was exceptional and I received my certificates the next day. It can be very hard to obtain this paperwork from your GP and so it's good to know this service is available. 😊

Since ‘Brexit’, moving to a country in Europe requires experience, tenacity and patience most of which individuals do not have. Enter GoSpain led by Venetia and Linden. My wife and I have just received our visas to move to Spain through the services and expertise of these amazing folks.
