I decided to test this platform with a small amount because of the Swiss address, but I’m very disappointed. The slippage on this platform is unacceptable during any kind of market movement. I set my stop losses, but they never trigger where they should, always costing me extra. Also, the "tools" they brag about are just basic charts you can get anywhere for free. When I brought this up to their technical team, they gave me some generic excuse about market liquidity. It doesn't feel like a professional brokerage environment. I’m closing my account and moving back to a regulated Swiss bank.

I’m so angry I didn't see the red flags earlier. This company is a classic "easy in, impossible out" setup. They assigned me an account manager who was literally calling me every day, acting like my best friend, pushing me to "seize the market opportunity" and deposit another $5k. The moment I said I wanted to withdraw my initial profits to pay some bills, he went ghost. Now support is telling me my account is "under audit" and I need to pay a 15% tax upfront before they release funds. Absolute scam behavior. Stay away if you value your hard-earned dollars.
