very helpful assistant who pointed me in a direction that saved more money

Not long ago, I noticed that AGL had made some changes to its plans, but I hadn’t got round to reading the details. I gave the company a ring, and the issue was sorted as soon as I hung up.

The staff were very knowledgeable without being pushy. I received valuable information and was able to get the same coverage with a new provider at a much cheaper rate.

Open honest and even gave us some advice about a product that would help us in another area.
