Where is my package

Where is my package. It was suppose to arrive yesterday. I still haven’t received it. This is ridiculous.

Product fine, shipper not

Have yet to receive the item. It was scheduled for delivery Sunday, moved to Monday. Received a call from an unknown number which I did not answer. It was DHL needing me to be present for the delivery (neither USPS, FedEx, Amazon or UPS require that). Had to reschedule for tomorrow. Grrr.

Most of responses within hours despite US-Italy time difference, kudos!
Albeit, the first response came back in 3 days...we all should by more from this excellent website so they can properly staff back of the house.

Unfortunately I didn’t get my order it…

Unfortunately I didn’t get my order it was canceled they said it’s not available but still it’s showing that it’s available on the app and the website!!! And the payment wasn’t fully refunded
