Seamless and smooth process. Got home staged by Step by Stage Interiors and they used Titus for financing. Home was sold quickly and Titus facilitated payment to stagers and received their payment at closing! Didn’t have to pay anything upfront!

I’ve worked with Titus several times for a couple of my listings. The fact that my sellers can tap into their equity quickly to cover Staging and cosmetic updates has been extremely valuable.
