We just returned from a trip to macchu piccu with Gotoperu and they were great. We were met at the airport and taken to our hotel close to the plaza Our only problem was walking up 3 flight of stairs with jet lag and altitude tablets not working immediately. We had time for an essential snooze before heading off on a local tour. What an intriguing city with such a rich history. Off to mp next day being dropped at the bus terminal, then to the train which was staffed by professional personnel. Our guide found us and we were on the bus to MP. Our tour was very fantastic with excellent English.
A free day and then we were dropped off at the airport and taken our departure gate. A FANTASTIC ADVENTURE

My dream come true! We just finished a 15 days adventure through peru and Bolivia. From the desert oasis of huacachina to the height of machu Picchu ana la paz every moment was amazing.

The culture the food and the people were all 10/10. Huge shoutout to Gotoperu for for organizing everything so perfectly the hotel guide and logistics were top notch. Having a 24/7 WhatsApp support group made us feel so well taken care of if you're planning a trip to south America look no further. Fiver Star all the way

We were 4 adult from Portugal traveling to Lima, ica, Huacachina, Nasca, returned to Lima,fly to cusco, scared valley, Maras,Morai, ollaitaitambo, Machu picchu, puno, lake Titicaca Bolivia (tiwanaku and la paz) fly to Lima and returned home. Wonderfull people very friendly, excellent food lot of handycraft, good price. After our contact ny NET we informed our ideas and Gotoperu organized an excellent program, very good touring guides, good transportation permanent support by WhatsApp group created for it. Everything went perfect fully recommended this company whatever is your project in Peru or Bolivia. Our rate is 5*

My 14 days trip to Peru including my free time in Lima was expeceptionally well planned and organized. It was truly a wonderful experience especially in cusco. My tour guide in cusco, David was very polite, punctual attentive and knowledgeable. He provided me with excellent guidance and care for me throughout my hike at rainbow mountain. My driver in cusco, amadeo was also highly professional friendly, attentive and polite safety while on the road. Both of them worked seamlessly as a support team, elevating my experience in cusco to a whole new level. My heart felt gratitude to the for their warmth hospitality. One incident worth mentioning was that I lost my jacket. The support team took great pride in locating it when initially it couldn't be found. Fortunately they managed to find it and returned it to me. I am grateful to everyone involved in helping to recover my jacket. The support team's service I received daily update in my schedule to ensure a smooth experience which I believe is essential. This proactive effortlessly overall I want to extend a heart felt thank you the GOTOPERU team for making my experience in Peru truly memorable and enjoyable

Our trip with GOTOPERU turned out to be one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the beginning, Angie and Afdel were always easy to reach and genuinely helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. The local guides were friendly and patient, and it was nice that they spoke both Spanish and English, which made things easier for us.

In Cusco, Ivan was great at explaining the local traditions and history in a way that really stayed with us. Ruben made our day exploring the ruins, salt mines, and small towns really special — it felt like we were visiting with a local friend rather than a guide. Carlos helped us at Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain and even took some really good photos for us, while Fausto made our time around Lake Titicaca both interesting and fun.

overall, everything was well organised, and we felt well taken care of the whole time. Its a trip we will always remember, and I am really lad we chose this company

Update:
It has now been more than two months, and we have still not received any refund despite repeated assurances. The company has continued to give false promises without taking any real action. This lack of honesty and accountability only reinforces our disappointment and confirms the unprofessional nature of their service.

We urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Good Trip, But Poor Post-Trip Communication from GoToPeru

Overall, we had a good experience with GoToPeru during the trip booked through WeTravel. However, after requesting several cancellations (tours, flights, and services) — which were confirmed via WhatsApp — the communication completely stopped once the trip ended.

We received no official confirmation, refund, or response, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing that the professionalism did not extend beyond the trip itself. Be cautious if you need post-trip support or refunds.

I just experienced a trip of a lifetime to Peru. GOTOPERU- Paul planned everything so thoroughly that I literally just had to arrive in Cusco and then I started to have an adventure of a lifetime! Every single second I was surrounded by beauty, magical mountains and feiendly people.

A well organized trip and the perfect holiday! I first started off in magical Cusco and surrounding areas. Cusco is definitely a must travel to for every person at least once in their lifetime! It is a city and area that stole my heart instansie! Go and see it! All of it! Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, Sacred Valley…

Next up was the Amazon (Puerto Maldonado). O what beautiful nature and an experience of the jungle, it is like being in paradise with all the fruit and animals and a lake that are surrounded by palm trees. Definitely memorable!

My final stop was in Lima, a world class vity by the sea… It also has a magical feel to it, I was in Miraflora (in the city) and Punte Hermosa, a quaint little surf town, but surely a gem on the coastline! What unique places and modern way to experience Peru.

I cannot thank Paul and Joseph of GOTOPERU enough for their exceptional service and great planning that went into my trip! I loved every second of it and will be forever greatful to have experienced this journey I was on…

A family of four of us signed up for the tour in Peru, guides were great, specially Franklin, he was well organized, clear in his explanations and was extremely knowledgeable and caring. All the activities were well planned .Gotoperu made sure everything; travel, entrances, transportation, accommodation, was all taken care of so we didn't have to worry about a thing. These guys will show you the real Peru .

Can't say enough about how amazing this company is. Excellent communication. Painstaking attention to detail. Consummate professionals! I organized a group of 22 women on a recent trip to Machu Picchu with an extension to Lake Titicaca. On this trip, not one, but TWO travelers lost or had passports stolen. GoToPeru's experience was evident as they were able to provide embassy assistance, keep nerves calm and in general shepherd us seamlessly through the crises. I can't imagine better customer service, or a more robust, well-planned tour. I got endless compliments on this trip. Highly recommend this group!

I can not say enough positive things about GOTOPERU.COM. They were fabulous from the moment I filled out a form to get more information. With in 1 day they had a full itinerary ready to go. We tweaked it a bit to some things we wanted to do and the next day I had a new itinerary. The accommodated any price range for hotels.
No stone was left upturned. We always had someone meeting us and driving to whatever we had planned for the day. There are so many details to a trip like this and we dealt with none of them. They handled everything! I literally gave them the dates, told them what we wanted to do and showed up in Peru. It was perfect!

This trip was amazing, The whole experience was so great that we are already talking about returning. If you are going to Peru, GOTOPERU is the way to go. We stayed in Cusco and Puno and all we can say is that you will enjoy it plus the cuisine is phenomenal.
