Customer service & Bev was very helpful, kind & knowledgeable if needed. The Course was alot of reading but includes the most current & updated traffic laws which is very important because California is not forthright with the ‘new code’ information. Definitely pay for upgrade to get email confirmation for court & DMV receipt as LA is difficult for follow up. With up grade charges it’s still affordable & very convenient! Definitely recommend!

I used GoToTrafficSchool.com to complete a California DMV-approved online traffic school after a speeding ticket. Absolutely terrible, money grab with very little useful content. Based on the customer service experience definitely not US-based or American. They charge you the same to mail you your certificate as they do to make it downloadable, they make you wait even to download an electronic version and at every step it's the same sales pitch to try and get you to upgrade the same day delivery. Everything is an attempt to upgrade, very questionable business practice and business ethics. I needed to do it for deferral of a traffic infraction but I hate giving these pieces of garbage any money. The quizzes and testing questions have nothing to do with challenging the learner in several of the options are just ludicrous. I doubt whoever put the curriculum together had any education background whatsoever.

This was an agonizing experience. I opted to have the course spoken to me and wow was that a mistake. Not only did the voice in the spoken content sound like the Space Cruiser from Rick and Morty, but the level of cringe in their failed attempts to be funny turned this whole experience into an actual punishment.

This combined with verifiable inaccuracies in the materials being taught, spelling errors all over the place, and site issues that required me to clear my cache and cookies in order to log back in every time it dumped me for not answering the questions in time.

this website is a scam, dont waste your money on it.

I put in all of the information in registering for the course, but apparently was told that I took the wrong state course after submitting all the documentation to the DMV. When inquiring, the customer service agent provided me with incorrect information. When I asked for a refund or credit toward the correct course, I was told that's your responsibility to check with your DMV that you've taken the correct course. I was offered a 10% discount. Not much of a consolation. There's nothing special about this "course". It's essentially a pdf with chapter quizzes. There are a few pointless games that don't contribute to understanding the material and don't help with the test. Based on the poor customer service resolution and lackluster course material, I would strongly suggest you try one of the dozens of other courses out there.

Horrible. I used this and tried to take my certificate to the court and I ended up crying for the rest of the day. They didn't take online course completion only in person but yet the website had my court included. I now have to go to another driving school in person and pay 40 for that, then another 159 for having to take up time in court, plus the 60 I payed online and can't get refunded. I'm in school full time and I'm not made of money. This was really depressing to be talked down to by a judge and felt unheard and then not be able to get my money back. Now I will have to carve out more time and money. I pray that people read these before they do the completion and pay. Just because your court is on the website doesn't mean they accept it please call them before you are embarrassed, disappointed, and deceived.

This site is a scam. I had to go to court to present this to the judge to get my ticket dismissed, and he said they do not honor any online program aside from their own. The first thing you do when using this site, is check if your court is included. They claimed mine was. I will be filing a charge back and the court has taken this information down to go after them for fraud.

I took and passed the exam 1 week ago, I have not received my certificate. I wrote to customer service, they told me it should arrive in a few more days. Pay extra to receive it the same day.

I called Go To Traffic School before getting started because they advertised matching the lowest price around. I called because I found another company (Ticket Toaster) at $14.95 rather than the $18.95 Go To Traffic School was advertising. So I called to see how I can get the reduced price. I was told they no longer match prices. She wouldn't budge even though I pointed out it was in their website and they should honor it. I would have gone with them anyway for just the $4 difference but then I read the MANY bad reviews (19%) in this Trustpilot website, so I went elsewhere. Don't need to take a chance on their honesty

Took and passed exam over a month ago, still haven't received my certificate. I had called customer service many times and have got the same answer everytime, We are having technical problems and we can call you back when it's fixed. I took the test and passed on oct 14th, it is now November 19th how is a technical issue not fixed in over a month. They told me to go to a different school and would not refund my money. Complete scam.

False advertising. Their site clearly claims "Only $24.99" but when you go to register, the price changes to $40. When I asked their customer service why the change, they couldn't give me a straight answer. They said at first that the price varies by court, but when I asked them if the individual courts set the price for them, they said that that was the price for their course.

The lessons are written to sound "fun" and be entertaining but it ultimately makes it very difficult to read and understand. There are more grammatical errors than should be acceptable in the English language version. Overall it is frustrating to use and needs some editing for errors and tone.

Very misleading info on their website. It claims that they are approved but in my case the court rejected the course and said they were not approved. I requested a refund but that was refused.
