Love the products, packaging problems

Love the products! Love the liquid packets! However packaging is an issue. At least 1 bag out of every 5 arrives with busted packets inside. So that's a bummer.

The pills work for ME!

The pills work for me (still depends on how much I drink) and shipping is relatively quick through the website. The company has offered me a few free bottles which is very generous considering this item isnt cheap!

These work great! I’ve been using them for years and more so as I get older and need to function the day after drinking. Definitely helps take the edge off the next day so I’m not useless lol. Thank you!

Disregard my other review of 1 star

Disregard my other review if 1 star. I made an order through purple trees that got lost in the warehouse and they found it some weeks later and made it right with me with an apology gift. They know the right way to do customer service and can admit when they made a wrong and make up for it in the end! Will be coming back!

Don't wait! Don't hesitate! Try these products now.

The customer service is always pleasant and responds quickly. The products are amazing. I suffer from terrible l leg cramps at times. The hydration packets eliminated them completely. How do I know? I ran out of my supply and kept forgetting to order... Back came the leg cramps. I love the fact that these are not powder also. I have tried other supplements, but Purple Tree is the best.

The last two auto ships that have been


The last two auto ships that have been charged had no shipments associated to them due to delays on the production side of the business, I have been given a 45 day time frame and a 30 day time frame to expect the products that I created an auto-shipment.
If there is a delay in production, 1) why am I being charged and 2) why was I not notified ahead of time?
The products are great (when I've received them), but I can only seem to count on Amazon for product availability and shipment accuracy. I hate to support that Amazon conglomerate, but when the product is in need, that seems to be my only recourse.
