We’re sorry to hear about the issues and the frustration caused. After receiving your PC, it was in use for several weeks before a fault developed with one of the components. As this was covered under warranty, we promptly arranged for the system to be returned to us for inspection and repair.

Following your initial message, we responded quickly and carried out an inspection and found that a component developed a fault which we replaced., as part of our commitment to supporting you.
We appreciate that you had positive comments about our after-sales service.
I am terribly sorry that when we re-shipped the PC back to you it was unfortunately damaged during transit by the courier. We understand that this is not ideal and we took it up with the courier partner to help mitigate this from happening again. We then promptly refunded you once the item was collected and returned back to our facility.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, we really do appreciate it.
We understand your concerns about the pricing, and we’d just like to add a bit of context around what’s been happening in the components market recently. The industry has been quite volatile, particularly due to shortages of RAM and SSDs, which has led to noticeable price increases across the board. Unfortunately, this has pushed procurement costs up significantly for ourselves as well.
We always try our best to keep the impact on our customers as small as possible, but in many cases the cost of sourcing these components has increased a lot compared to previous periods. It’s certainly not a case of us trying to profiteer! it’s simply a reflection of the wider supply situation affecting the whole market.
That said, we genuinely appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and feedback like this helps keep us accountable and focused on offering the best possible value we can. Thanks again for taking the time to leave your review.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, We are glad to hear you were happy with the value of the PC and how quickly it arrived.
That said, we are sorry to hear about the issues you ran into with the case and the build alignment. The case being different from the one shown at the time of purchase should have been communicated, and we understand how that could be frustrating. We're also sorry to hear about the motherboard alignment causing problems with accessing some of the ports that's definitely not the standard we aim for.
We have passed your comments about the case difference and the motherboard alignment on to our team so they can review it and tighten up our quality checks going forward.
If the port alignment is still causing problems when you're using the PC, please do get in touch with our support team and we will happily take a look and help get it sorted for you.

We’re genuinely sorry to read your review and to hear how disappointing this experience has been for you.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to place an order, only to then be told the item was unavailable, and later see it appear online again. That would understandably cause concern, and we’re very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
In this particular instance, the product had not yet officially launched on our website and was not fully ready for sale. Unfortunately, due to a premature listing, we received your order before the product page was finalised and before stock was available. As soon as this was identified, we contacted you to explain the situation.
We want to reassure you that this was not intentional, and certainly not an attempt to mislead. It was an internal listing error, and we sincerely apologise that it affected your order.
We truly value your feedback and would very much appreciate the opportunity to look into this further for you. Please feel free to contact our customer support team with your details, and we will do our very best to assist.

Thank you Wojciech! We often have to ship from our second warehouse when customers have ordered for Next Day delivery, which in this case you had ordered for next Day Delivery.

When customers order for the standard delivery we can cross dock the shipments when goods are transferred from one warehouse to the other for single shipments.
