Finger weg von diesem Dienst. Das ist schlimmer als ein Fake. Monate vorher E-Visum für Indien beantragt. Trotz vielfacher Mail an den Support ist nichts passiert. Das ist einfach nur eine Gelddruck Maschine. Die reagieren nicht, der Support ist gleich null! Damit gefährden die Hintermänner massiv Reisepläne. GoVisa ist das allerletzte! Tipp: Für Indien Visa, immer nur an die offizelle Website wenden.

I applied in February for tourist visa for a holiday this october,recieved a reply that it would be on hold untill the 28th September due to regulations,still have not recieved my visa,or any reply to numerous attempts to contact them. I don't know to whether to wait or pay again to get them through another company.

I have to agree with the latest reviews that state how disappointed they are with the service from Go Visa. I also have sent several emails and messages to this Company chasing them to deliver my Visa. All messages have been ignored. as have the bad reviews on this site. They have taken my money and not delivered. Very upsetting as now I have an impending holiday and the stress of getting a new Visa in time to go!

This company appears to be a scam. Despite many emails from me, to which I received automated responses that my Visa for India was paid for and all was in order, I never received it.
There appeared to be no way of contacting them other than the email address that was sending out automated responses. at the last minute I had to get a Visa from another company that was excellent. In that case, my visa arrived within three days.

IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE THE SITE. THEY STILL YOUR MONEY

Une arnaque tout simplement, pour un visa Inde on m a prélevé $100 alors que le prix est $25 , et ceci sans jamais recevoir de visa .

I applied for a tourist visa to India in February and received a reply to say the visa was on hold until mid September due to the Indian Government rules. I was ok with that until a friend I am travelling with began an application with Govisa themselves. They got interrupted part way through but were astonished a few hours later to be messaged by Govisa offering a discount to complete the application. This made me suspicious (how can you discount this service?) and I wrote to them to ask for reassurance this is not a scam. I have two open tickets and auto responses from Sophia BUT NO ANSWER TO MY CONCERNS, NO REASSURANCE. Is Sophia the only employee there? Is Sophia a bot? I am very worried my visa will not arrive.

I applied for an e tourist visa back in February for myself and my Mom for a trip to India in September. The application process was fine and we received confirmation that everything was fine but the visa’s would be on hold until 15th August to comply with the government’s 26 days issuance rule. This date has been and gone. I have chased several times and even replied back to Sophia who has resent me my original chasers with no explanation or update. We fly in less than 10 days and I’m going out of my mind. This is a once in a lifetime trip for my Mom for her 80th birthday and to say that I am stressed is an understatement as according to the Consulate pages if I want a physical visa then it takes 10-14 days after attending a face to face appointment. Please, please can someone push the button and issue our visa’s.

I am still awaiting the visa. I have sent many messages to the support link and received nothing in return. This is urgent, I applied in Feb and I fly on Saturday Aug 8 (a week away). The rest of the party, on the same application have all received their visas.
The lack of communication is very stressful and concerning.
Do I need to aply for an urgent visa through the Consulate in London?? If so I have to travel up which of course has cost implications, lost income etc.
Any response would be appreciated but I am not hopeful.

Very disappointing experience!

We paid $160 each for Indian visas and were told they would be ready within 5 days. In reality, we waited 20 days. I received my visa, but my friend’s visa was still under review, even though we applied at the exact same time with the same information.

If I hadn’t contacted the official Indian government website, my friend wouldn’t have received her visa at all. They finally sent it to us at the last minute. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to fly to Thailand and would have lost $2,000!

❌ I absolutely do NOT recommend applying for a visa here — it’s a waste of money, time, and nerves. Completely unreliable and not true to the promised processing time.

It was very easy to do. One thing that wait for the visas doesn’t explain how long you have to wait before you fly out.
Otherwise it’s a good .
They do let you know when you are getting the message.

Ok. We thought we could not get the visas at first cos it was written only need 3 to 4 days, haha.

Showing the estimated date of visa approval would be great

Extremely easy process from start to finish, visa was issued on the day they said it would be, totally took all the stress and worry out of it
