From 7;20 TO 8:50 THIS LOVELY YOUNG LADY HELPED WITH EVERY STEP I NEEDED TO GET IT SET UP! I can only say that I recommend GoVnSIM without hesitation. And I can post on how well it worked later next month when My Husband returns. But I am sure with all the the positive reviews, I am sure it will be a great one.

It was very easy to install the esim, and worked instantly when activated it , had some issues to get it to work with Grab app, i sent them a message on whats app, and the support was very good and with their help i got the grab app to work I can highly recommend GoVnsim

For me, it's the best I've had so far (and I come to Vietnam for a few months each year, always on eSIM).

Now I can keep a phone number longer than the initial contract period, which is not easy for companies to make happen, and the deal gets cheaper, customer service are attentive (in Whatsapp which is nice)... if you stay longer term and don't want faff, it's the clear winner, a lot of the old bigger companies of the past don't even give you a phone number anymore - and it is so useful for all the delivery/transport/banking apps etc...

Tbh, it didn't work as soon as I landed but most likely I had done something stupid in the iPhone, (one day in the fuuture maybe the phone will just make it simple to get the damn things installed - but with airport wifi they replied in 2 mins with a new QR code so I was good to go.

Highly recommended.
