Ordering was simple and received my orders in a timely fashion. Happy with GovX.

The ordering process and confirmation is confusing with emails asking for additional information from two different people. There is no customer service phone number to call for help.

It was a really easy experience. I believe this is my first time ordering from
GOVX. Saved a bit of money also.

I just made my first order. All the way through the checkout process, it told me that estimated shipping was $0.00. Once I hit checkout, it charged me $7.95. I feel like I was deceived.

GOVX consistently has the best gear at the best prices. I usually peruse clearance items, but there is a lot from which to choose. GOVX sends me notices, in just the right amount, to stay on top of savings and orders.

Easy to purchase products and get them at a great deal! It was also easy to complete a return to the company as well.

Horrible! We booked airlines tickets as well as purchased the gold package of no questions asked 100% refund/cancellation policy. Scam! Tickets costed over 4k and we were only offered a 1800 refund after purchasing it just 3 days ago. The trip is 8 months away. There was NO support to resolve this issue. We believe we paid for an upgrade and was later charged an add’l fee to select our seats. Do NOT use this service!!!!

I used Govx for my hotels when I went to Tokyo and everything went very smooth. Today 9/23 I booked a hotel I needed for a trip in October. It does state that any cancellation after 9/22 is 100% forfit; however, I was charged for 2 rooms for the same night…. I was on the phone for 2 hours to finally get someone to say they will fill out paperwork and it is not a guarantee and the room is cancelled anyway…what kind of shady shit is this????

The company sat on an order and then decided to email me asking to confirm my addresses and eligibility even though all that data existed in the order, as well as a near 10 year history with the company. Lost my window to receive merchandise given the expeditionary nature of my current job. Total and complete waste of time. Requested order cancellation and will go direct with brand instead.

For all of their flag waving Govx makes zero accommodations for disabled veterans. They are a email and/or bot only company. How do i know? After days of run around and being asked for personally identifying information over email I finally got a person. She was only able to recite corp speak. She kept repeating “we are an email and chat based company. When I asked how their flag waving patriotic company accommodates disabled veterans. “We are an email and chat based company”. One week after my request to speak with a person and this 100% permanently totally disabled veteran gets corp speak! Zero resolution. My order will be 1 week late for my need. She didn’t even offer expedited shipping.
Shame on Govx. Never again. I will pay 15% more to deal with companies I trust.

Fairness and protection? For the disabled? Not in the slightest. Unless you have terminal cancer aquired while serving our country the you don’t “understand my frustration”. I asked for a simple call to prevent the inevitable sickness brought about by the multiple of bot and one way human emails from Govx. In this case it’s worth it to call out the hypocrisy of GOVX. Again, zero accommodations for a Disabled veteran makes Govx a flag waving phony in my book. I might have chosen my words more carefully had Govx taken even one step in supporting my needs.

Govx has a very checkered reputation, mostly not very good but not a total scam either. It's difficult to deal with the...they have no phone for customer service and you're stuck with email or sometimes an online chat.

While their website seems to imply otherwise, Govx has no connection at all with the US Military or US Government. While they do allow some discounts for government employees, it's very misleading for them to make it seem there is some other relation. The name Govx itself is deceptive.

Orders sometimes arrive, sometimes don't ever arrive, refunds for returns may get taken care of or you may wait a long time. Sometimes the discounts are fairly good, sometimes you still see a price higher than elsewhere. Overall I do not recommend this company as they are not worth the trouble and the chance you might lose money.

GOVX is starting to send SPAM emails that they try to look like an order. SHAME ON THEM! Fire the marketing guy that designed that email!

that commercial is very disrespectful. every time i see him put his finger in his face, it's another reassurance of why i would not shop here. nuff said

Loved GOVX until I ordered a Vortex scope (have had good luck with them as well). They shipped it wrong so I never got it. They said they would refund? Had, good experiences so I just ordered another. Now they say "we are moving warehouses" So it may not ship for a while. Not sure if I have been hacked or what but if this is really GOVX I am dealing with on the Helpsite---I may be done. The explanations have been respectful but have a hint of the daily reports we get of scams-as I am a police officer. I hope I am wrong but right now the situation reeks. I want to be positive and sure hope I am wrong---I will give it a bit then call my credit card company for challenge to the charges.

Big NO... Dear fellas, GOVX (Military Fares) is not a government website, it's nothing else than a private-commerce platform.
They maneuver their website using nice words such GOV just to get you... After booking a flight ticket with them, I compared and noticed that it was $106 USD more expensive than the Delta airlines, besides the upgrades that are twice the price than the actually airline website. The upgrade fees are not displayed on GOVX until you book the flight ticket, by then, it is too late to cancel. If you want to cancel right after booking the ticket, they will charge you $100 USD. That's how they make money. Most of the airlines wont' charge a penny if you decide to cancel within 24 hrs. Besides all that, it is so hard to understand their customer service personnel. It seems that the calls are routed somewhere in Asia... Please be carful when booking with GOVX.
Trusted websites should never hide fees.

Member Deals and especially GOVX have gone above and beyond to help right the problem. MemberDeals refunded me the full amount for my hotel room and GOVX gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience.

They say they have approved me for membership two weeks ago, but cannot order because it still says pending. Have emailed Lori but she has been no help. She just says I am approved welcome. Crazy
