i had bought a theme, when installed its asking for activation code- i had tried to reach the gpladda team

its been more than 2 days , nobody bothered to reply / support
I am stuck, not able to work or deliver my project

they are real scammers - do not buy from them

I bought a WordPress theme from GPL Adda, but it's not working. I contacted their support team a week ago, but they haven't replied. I'm really disappointed about this. I expected it to work and got help when needed. I wouldn't recommend GPL Adda based on my experience.

Dont buy. Plugin not working. outdated. No support from them. No email response. Dont waste money.

I have had taken Yearly membership on this site and I regret it now, the support is terrible. Themes and plugins are not updated and when requested for an update I have been ignored numerous of times. I tried contacting the support many times but have not received any response from their side.

I recently purchased with high hopes of enhancing my website's aesthetics and functionality. However, my experience thus far has been nothing short of disappointing. Upon completing the purchase, I eagerly awaited the key required to activate the theme, only to find myself stuck in a frustrating loop of searching for a key that seems to be nonexistent.

I would have not given a single star, but I just people to know, this web does'nt sell GPL themes or plugins. Its a scam. I purchased Moderno Woocommerce theme, its not GPL and they are also not responding to any mail

Over a year ago, this website was excellently managed. Usually, I would receive a response within 15 minutes of messaging, and even requests for updates were swiftly addressed. However, now it's really disappointing. I've sent messages, but after a week, there has been no reply. The theme and plugins are not being updated.

theme is not working I need an updated theme but still received no response from your end.

Their support quality is really poor. They have stated "Our support team is available 24/7" but they never reply on time. Their "Live Chat" is just a fake showcase, they are never there, its keeps you waiting

I mistakenly purchased a wrong plugin from their website, firstly they took almost a week to reply and when they did, they mentioned they will replace it within the next 24 hours but its been almost 4 days and still they haven't replaced it.

Every time you have to spam them with emails otherwise they simple don't reply

I had a great experience with GPL Adda. Their services were on time and their customer service was excellent. I also appreciated the heavy discounts on payment. I would definitely recommend GPL Adda to anyone looking for great deals on WordPress & WooCommerce products.

I mistakenly bought a wrong plugin it was late night and I amid I mistakenly purchased a wrong plugin I told them they never reply to the chat section also I send them request through support form yet they didnt updated it please be careful while dealing with them

ps.: they are scammers they flagged my reviews btw I sent proofs to Trustpilot team and soon GPLAdda will be banned and restricted from Trustpilot and all their fake positive reviews will be deleted soon
