I've used them on and off for probably close to ten years. I'm not affiliated with them. My hesitation with GPL sites was the concern of malicious code being in the plugins. I know that's not a problem with these guys.

Check to make sure they have the plugins/themes you want before subscribing. I sometimes will buy a plugin or theme on another site for less - but I'm paranoid about the code.

Ultimately if I like a plugin and will use it in production, I purchase the license from the developer. This is the right thing to do. The GPL plugins will let you develop and road test before you go to production.

Worst.
Claims unlimited on sell. Post purchase limit of 20 downloads.
Another fraudulent factor is most of the popular plugins are not updated in timely manner.
Never responds to any query. Worst customer support. He should close this site.

I am using them for 4 years and I am satisfied. It is well organized, plugins and related add-ons are easy to find.

The only comment is that I wish some plugins were updated sooner.

They keep on looting the money. Cancel the membership even they have limit per day. The website is for downloading plugins but if you download they will cancel your membership, what a shame. Stay away.
