I invested through GPM Invest and suffered a significant financial loss.
I relied on the information provided by GPM when making my investment decision. In my experience, the risks were not presented in a clear and balanced manner, and I was not given sufficient information to properly assess the true level of risk.

The subsequent failure of the investment and the loss of my capital have led me to question whether appropriate due diligence was undertaken before the opportunity was introduced to investors.

Recent reports concerning the Halcyon Retreat development and the arrest of director Robin Barrasford as part of an alleged fraud investigation have only increased those concerns. While the investigation is ongoing, the developments raise serious questions about the scrutiny applied to investments promoted to investors such as myself.

Based on my experience, I would urge prospective investors to conduct extensive independent research and not rely solely on information provided by investment introducers.

I've been a client of GPM for five years now and would thoroughly recommend them for investment opportunities. Douglas and the team have consistently sourced reliable investments, particularly corporate bonds and loan notes. They've recently introduced a range of commemorative UK gold coins, which are always a wonderful investment and future heirloom. I was invited to their head-office in Leadenhall Street for a presentation about these coins and to meet the team. If you get chance, it's worth a visit, and the view from their office on the 30th floor is spectacular.
