Incredibly helpful company, I had a issue that several other companies weren’t interested in helping with these guys went above and beyond to help.

Good prices and dispatched fast but used one of the worst couriers and have not responded to emails to ask to resolve. Managed to resolve myself direct with courier. As a result, concerned that return experience would not be great if needed.

Great item. As described. Blisteringly fast delivery by courier which wasn't affected by UK postal strikes. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Harry and Ellie have provided excellent customer service to me, I've purchased both a SkyEcho and Bose A20 recently.

Always very friendly to speak to on phone or email, great stock levels and very fast delivery.

I had a problem with the new SkyEcho unit supplied by Mendelssohn.

Ellie got in touch straight away to not only ship an advanced replacement, but also to pickup the faulty unit on a day of my choosing.

This is customer service as it should be - there was a problem, but it was fixed so easily.

I’ll admit I’ve only had one experience but it was excellent. I purchased a Bose A20 headset when the lockdown was in full force.

Staff were working from home yet still managed to communicate well, items were reserved for me. I then rang the shop where only one guy was managing all payments and shipping, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite and yet despite not calling until 3pm he managed to get it out the door and I received it midday the following day!

Like I say, only one experience so far, but a damn good one. Nice to see that Good customer service still exists.
