GPUCONNECT is a UK based Limited company based in Berkshire and founded in 2021 as a supplier of replacement graphics card fans, bespoke, handmade cables and adapters serving the enthusiast DIY PC markets. This was as a result of identifying a need that was not met in the market at that time. The business was started on ebay, soon followed with the creation of our dedicated website and over the last couple of years has seen a growth in the range of products available, largely due to the feedback and requests of our loyal customer base.

We specialise in hard to find products, graphics card modification cables, adapters and GPU / PC cooling solutions. We welcome customer feedback and requests, and are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

We are supportive of the right to repair, with a significant proportion of our products are aimed to provide easy DIY repair solutions for PC hardware and peripherals. We ship our packages efficiently in 100% recyclable outer packaging and would ask our customers to recycle these when are where possible.

my item ended up in Poland

my item ended up in Poland, I am in New Zealand, the tracker shows no progress since 14/04/2025, to say I am unhappy would be an understatement as it is currently 20/04/2025, I at the point of not wanting this item and should maybe of got it from amazon.

Sorry you did not contact us about this as we could have explained. The order you placed at 9pm on the 8th April was shipped at 8am on the 9th April. You will see from the tracking the order transited in Poland on the 11th April on its way to New Zealand. It is common for packages travelling long distances to transit, you will also see from the tracking this continued its destination on the 14th April. It is now awaiting check-in at New Zealand customs, which is unfortunately outside of our control, which is why in our shipping policy we show delivery times can be up to 3 weeks unless express delivery is chosen. The vast majority of shipments especially in Europe are delivered in around 1 week, however with New Zealand being such a distance from the UK, it would be expected to take longer. We are sorry if this was not clear when you placed the order, but rest assured you package is on the way and I would expect it to be with you in the coming days. We have emailed you about this, so please do reply with any questions or if we can help further! We don't like to leave any customer unhappy!

Exceptional Customer Service

I've recently used GPUConnect when trying to salvage a soon-to-be-defunct Nvidia GPU fan. The people there were incredibly generous with their time and obvious expertise, going well above and beyond to try and solve my problem. We were brainstorming the issue at close to midnight on one evening!

It was a level of customer service I find to be increasingly rare, and I'd strongly encourage anyone who gets hands on with their PC or has any kind of GPU-related issue to take advantage of their exceptional service. The very strongest of recommends from me, without doubt. Thank you, GPUConnect!

Suchte einen Adapter fÃŒr meine xtx 7900 Saphire Nitro+

Fand keinen und habe angefragt. Dann wurde extra fÃŒr mich einer angefertigt. Ohne Vorkasse etc.

100/100 you guys are cool, and the branded red logo on the adapter is truly the extra touch. Displaying it proudly on the 4080.

Great Service

Dispatched quickly despite being an order just before New Years. Exactly what I needed to replace a burnt out fan, Asus part and not cheap copy, works as expected. Will order again.
