Bonsy was an excellent teacher

The instructor was great
The instructor was great, she demonstrated great understanding of the Agile Methodology and the Scrum framework.
The one issue that I would like to highlight would be the changing and cancelling of classes, I had my instructor changed once and my class shifted to another date.

Engaging, creative an effective instructor
One of the best certification instructors I have had. His engaging teaching style, creativity, and ability to connect SCRUM principles to real-world scenarios made the material easy to understand and retain. Engaging and Practical Agile Training
I had a great experience with this course. The material was fresh, practical, and helped connect the dots across Agile processes.

The class was well organized

Raj is a TRUE servant leader!
Raj was an excellent instructor! Despite being a small class, the experience was engaging, interactive, and personalized. He explained concepts thoroughly, incorporated visual learning, and used humor to keep the class enjoyable. His knowledge, years of experience working with diverse teams, and professionalism were evident throughout the course. I especially appreciated his willingness to share practical advice and provide support for our continued growth beyond the classroom. Disappointed
Disappointed. Completed class but no certificate. Hard to get a straight answer from trainer. Difficult to contact customer service; phone goes straight to voicemail, likely will NOT do any further training with GrabAgile.

I've worked on Scrum teams for years without really getting the why. Turns out Scrum is a framework, not a process. Most of what I'd picked up on the job was each company's own interpretation of it. Our instructor, Danny (Danko) Kovatch, was fantastic.
I also learned a lot from my classmates. We had people from financial services, government, logistics, and software, and each of them approached Scrum differently at their organization.
