Received my order confirmation like people here have commented before. After that no info on the package and no one answers my whatsapp messages. No answer when I askes for my money back. They have 5 star ebay reviews but just take a look at them and you will see it’s all bots writing short 5 star reviews :D Like people here have commented they are scamming hard dont order anything from them. Will contact police.

Tbf I didn't do enough research but when I came across their site but it looked fairly professional and pricing didn't seem unreasonable either. I bought a vintage Rado watch for circa £200. It arrived no issues and I left in packaging until holiday in June. Opened it and went to set the time which caused the logo to pop straight off within the face and break the hand mechanism. I instantly emailed them, followed up a week later and got a response from:

They said not to worry, they'll send a new watch and I can return mine, however since that email I followed up over 8 times across the last month and heard nothing back. I then came here and saw all the terrible reviews.

I would avoid as they're clearly selling broken watches with no customer service in place at all.

NOT A FAKE REVIEW as stated by this fraudulent seller. Bought a watch recently, it was defective and although I reported it via their so called returns policy I was completely ignored. This is thier modus operandi as can be seen by other buyers experiences. Clearly they are getting a little desperate by claiming all the negative reviews are fake. They simply sell broken watches passed off as working. Easy money.

This is a fake review to show how rigged the trust pilot system is, do not believe any reviews here.

Ordered a watch, payed for it but never received it. There is no customer service responding, it’s a huge scam! Please don’t make the same mistake and order something from this website.

My refund request was immediate and within company guidlines. Multiple follow up emails were ignored. Yes, I have proof. Greed is a sin.

FAKE Review?
You blocked my emails, and only recently replied after I sent dug up a different email address for you. Stop trying to discredit the victim. I am verified with Trust Pilot. The information they have matches the information you have. If your company was not overseas, you would be in a small claims court. Not for any monetary motivations, because of principle. The evidence solid, an order number, refund request, method of payment and an string of messages between us.

Scammers scammers scammers. Sent me a broken watch. Been lied to several times. They've taken my money and I have no watch. Steer clear. Adam is a lying POS. Stay away

Unfortunately my situation is the same
as others here. Ordered a watch, got a confirmation e-mail but after that no updates. I emailed them immediately after having placed the order with a question, it’s the only time they replied. I have emailed them several times since but no response. No updates on the order. They are just professional scammers. Avoid.

Edit: they say this review is fake. It is not. Order number, a reply from them and a receipt + bank statement can back this up. It’s interesting that they reply here but not to emails, just saying.

I don't get how they're still doing business. Bought a watch more than 40 days ago, I can still see my order "payd, not fullfilled" on my profile in the website. e-mailed them repeatedley at two different addresses: no answer, tried to dm on Instagram: not even visualized, the online chat twice: no answer, called them: auto responder, totally ghosted me...I've reported them to the Italian postal police, I HOPE THEY SHUT THOSE ROBBERS DOWN!!!

Received a receipt and order confirmation via email but no watch arrived and no response to emails, WhatsApp and no answer to calls.

Hopefully the bank can get my money back.

I purchased a watch from this website and received a receipt and order number but as the days went by there was no email confirming it had been dispatched.

I contacted the owner Adam via email asking if the product had been dispatched and got no reply. I also rang the number they have on their website several times but it seems to be set up to go straight to their answering machine. I also sent him several whatsapp messages as that's how they tell you to get in touch. Al have been ignored.

Looking at other reviews I see that he has a history of taking money for orders and just never sending out the product which is obviously illegal.

Avoid this website at all costs. I will be informing the police of his actions.

Bought a watch from Grabawatch end of October. Received it , didn’t work properly, sent it back next day in full compliance with their return policy which should have lead a swift refund as stated in their company policy. However despite numerous e- mails , phone calls,registered letters etc there has been no communication whatsoever; a current trend it appears. Have resorted to a chargeback with my bank but still awaiting outcome. Surprised that these people are still advertising on platforms such as E-bay. BEWARE !!!

I ordered a watch a month ago and have still not received any notification as to whether the watch has been dispatched or is at least ready for dispatch. No feedback when enquiring via email and the chatbot for customer service does not provide any helpful information. Probably a scam.
UPDATE: still no feedback, don’t order from this site, 100% scam.

So it spears that Grabawatch sell on a number of platforms. This leads to the same watch being sold on one platform without being removed from the others. You are very likely buying a watch that has already been sold to someone else. Trouble is Adam, the boss of Grabawatch, doesn’t feel the need to refund customers caught out by this scam. Grabawatch more like Grabyourcash. Don’t trust this conman.

Update: my son and I were forced to post these accurate details of our experience due to the fact Grabawatch were ghosting my teenage son’s request for his money back after they sold him a watch they did not have in stock anymore. I stand by all reviews posted about Grabawatch.

grabawatch are totally dodgy. Check website carefully. No customer service contact number or any way to contact them. Took my son's money and no watch ever arrived. When asked for a refund via wattsapp the boss guy 'Adam' has been ignoring all contact. Don't risk your money with this cowboy company.

Update, May 2025. Not a fake review. This was my son's experience of this company. Terrible customer service.

I recently bought a watch for my seventeen birthday on their website ref: 1242 for £89.99. After a few days the watch still had not arrived so I emailed both emails attached to my receipt to try and get an update but I never got a reply from either. After a few days with still no reply, I then decided to try the WhatsApp number from the website. I was told that the watch I had ordered had actually been sold the day before on eBay and that I should've been told about this already (allegedly). I was then offered to choose another watch for the same price or to get my money back. After asking for my money back I got no response. I have since asked for confirmation of my refund multiple times and have still not been answered. I have tried emailing, messaging and phoning on WhatsApp and Instagram. There is no sign of my money and they still haven't got in touch. I am down £89.99 and a watch. The customer service has been shocking and they have taken advantage of my naivety. I will never purchase from here again and I warn you to do the same or you risk never seeing your money or the watch you ordered again. The watch that I ordered and that was 'sold to someone else' was the Orient 3 star 34mm men's watch and it is still up for sale over a month later. These people are scammers. Do not trust them.

Do not trust this seller. I bought a watch from here recently and received it. Didn't end up being what I wanted. Contacted the seller for a return within the 3 day return policy and have been ghosted ever since. Sent messages to their WhatsApp which have been read, and 3 separate email addresses linked on their site and WhatsApp. I keep following up, but still no answer. This is for an £80 purchase and I'm just thankful I didn't spend more.

Edit 25/05/2025: Now they are calling this review fake.... They still never responded to anything I had sent, bought their watch from their website, not ebay. Calling this a fake review is them trying to cover their bad customer service... Do not buy from them.
