I really love your hotel specials, but it is too risky to buy them in case they are not able to be used for the days you need them. A great improvement would be to be able to buy them from you for the dates you are travelling.

We purchased a night at a Hotel in Auckland City, when we went to book this, we couldn't get a Friday or Saturday night for up to 6 weeks. (This was also past the expiry of the voucher) As this was brought for a birthday gift 6 weeks time, was too long to wait. So, we ended up having to pay extra to the hotel to get a Saturday night. I would suggest ringing the hotels first before buying your voucher to make sure they have rooms available.

Quick delivery and good products.
Received my product quickly and was hassle free. It was exactly as described.

I recently had an incomplete order delivered from a grab one order. I contacted the office and received great response from Emma. The company involved contacted me to confirm my challenge and gave immediate response including offering full refund for missing item. The matter was sorted within an hour and confirmation/follow up from Emma was received the next day. Best customer service and I work in retail so know what I would expect. Will purchase again without hesitation. Thanks guys.

The company shipping my order delivered it to the correct street address but in the wrong suburb of Auckland. They disputed there had been a mistake and it took ages to get a refund from Grabone - even though the person who received my package contacted me to let me know where it was.

I still needed the product and tried ordering it again thinking surely the same things can't happen twice. Despite triple checking my address was clear and correct, delivery was made to the exact same wrong address as last time.

I can't fault the service provided by Grabone but their suppliers and couriers need to do better. i have never had this issue with any other delivery service.

I received the wrong product but Emma at Grabone responded very quickly to my email and after contacting the supplier, organised a refund for me. The refund came through very quickly.

I lost $4,100 in a travel scam after being introduced to "travel agency" Aotea Experience through a GrabOne promotion. They do not vett or do any due diligence with who they partner with or promote - be super careful that the business they are promoting is legit. 25/07/25 Hi GrabOne, you absolutely introduced me to Aotea Experience. I saw the Niue holiday GrabOne was promoting on your website and in multiple emails you sent me. I contacted Aotea Experience with the details you provided in your promotions to see if the dates we wanted to travel were free before purchasing through your site (which I do every time I book accommodation through GrabOne). They said they were, but they also said they would sell the holiday you were promoting for them to me directly at a cheaper price (which, looking at the liquidator's report they did with 12 other GrabOne customers). These are facts, not allegations. You need to be a much better corporate citizen and not attack your customers - especially when you are responsible for connecting them with a fraudulent business.

28/7/2025 Hey GrabOne, as previously stated - I had not heard of GrabOne’s business partners Aotea Experience prior to GrabOne sending me multiple emails promoting and endorsing both Aotea Experience and its Niue Holidays.
GrabOne's incessant emails and "picked for you" promotions of Aotea Experience introduced me to your friends at Aotea Experience.
Happy to forward the original email I sent them which includes a screenshot of the Niue holiday you were selling on their behalf.
I am not trying to harm GrabOne’s reputation, merely sharing my story to prevent other people getting scammed.
However, this does raise the question what, if any, checks, processes and due diligence GrabOne undertakes prior on-selling a partners’ products to its customers?
For example, did you know that Aotea Experience were not registered with IATA and likely unable to sell flights, and that you were promoting, endorsing and selling a travel package you were unable to deliver via your partners at Aotea Experience?

I asked GrabOne to replace my Voucher with another with the correct recipients name.
I was stunned at the speedy communication and immediate supply of a new Voucher!

Purchased some weights from GrabOne. They said they would be delivered within 14 days. Once 16 days had passed, I finally received tracking information which said that a tracking number had been assigned to the parcel (meaning it hasn't even left the warehouse yet). The shipping itself was quick, with it arriving 2 days later; but it's just not acceptable to promise shipping within 14 days and not even send it until afterwards. I contacted GrabOne about this and they clearly didn't care that a store on their website was doing this.

I had issue with a GrabOne accommodation company who was making it awkward to use my voucher for a particular weekend. After having no luck with multiple phone calls and emails to the company, I contacted GrabOne to say that the company is not honouring the voucher I bought, and Emma was fantastic with easy communication and checking with me to see if there was anything else she could help with.

Item arrived broken, great communication and sent another out which arrived extremely fast. Great customer service.

This cover is a good size and fits our outdoor lounge suite. However, it is very thin and kept blowing off, even with little wind and the cords secured.

Because the material is so thin and has only a couple of cords, the wind gets underneath it easily. We had to ensure it was put under the outdoor furniture legs for it to stay in place.

Really wish it was of heavier quality and more ties to ensure it stays put.

Not sure if it will actually last this winter. Fingers crossed!

Great little device to keep in the car

The product I purchased, a neck Massager, was of such poor quality I couldn't even get it to work. It was a complete waste of my money and I threw it away.
When I tried to contact grabone about it I received no response at all.

While the start date of the offer was obvious, the expiry date was less so. Check carefully BEFORE purchasing.

I incorrectly purchased a voucher for Auckland instead of Tauranga. GrabOne kindly credited me back my purchase which was appreciated

Birds of a Feather have friendly staff and their Peking Duck special is excellent value. We bought 2 last year and have bought another 2 this year. Definitely recommend

Got a hotel voucher the hotel couldn't fit me in and i only had a week to use the voucher both the hotel and grab one couldnt help me now i have to pay $200 for nothing so heart broken 💔
