Our move had many delays, Grace were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Their representatives from start to finish were professional both in conduct and manner. The day of moving went seemlessly due to their efficient organisation of roles and jobs of the workers. All workers were respectful and courteous throughout the move, and easily approachable with any changes to plans. I will thoroughly recommend them.

What made Grace stand out was their personalised service from people who genuinely care. Most other removalists have either an on-line portal which requires you to do all the paperwork (list all your items, sizes, weights, etc), then do a lot of the pre-packing yourself at your cost (boxes, tape, paper).
Grace made the whole experience pleasant; I knew what I was responsible for and what they would do. They were very reasonable about insurance and went the extra mile to ensure my peace of mind as a single woman working through everything alone.
The uplift and delivery teams were simply fantastic - polite, pleasant young men who got on with the job with good humour and care. Great teamwork.
Definitely would call upon them again for an interstate move.

Good Timely service and Removalists no trouble to do what required

The team were very friendly and were very easy to work with.

Team members prompt, courteous, proficient and very professional in their conduct of packing and moving items ranging from furniture to sensitive IT and audio visual equipment.

The team are responsive and very helpful in terms of accommodating our request.
We requested a very heavy items to be move from our floor display to deliver to one of our client. Which has been done smoothly. I was able to negotiate a great price for the service and will definitely recommended to other Freedom Store in the future.

Not recommended.
My experience with Grace was very average. They started off great, very proactive in trying to get the sale, but as soon as full payment was made, everything went downhill fast.
Shipping delays for months, no communication from their side, I had to constantly ask for updates. Kept promising shipping details, even let us select our preferred shipping dates - but never came through with it, constant delays, failure to provide customer service on many occasions, also we had to end up paying thousands of dollars in additional charges when our items actually arrived to their destination, can you believe that Grace never even notified us that this may be the case when contracting it, just expected us to read the fine print of the T&Cs. Sent an email complaint and got a generic basic reply from the manager, not recommended at all – book elsewhere.

The team were punctual, polite, quick and careful in packing everything up. They were helpful, above and beyond at the other end with moving items between areas, and took real care with our items. The only downside was that 1 item was forgotten, however, I had also missed it when I did the final walk through so that was a shared oversight.

Brad and his team arrived on time and were ready to go! They moved everything quickly and safely, both at pick-up and drop-off! The entire process from start to finish with Grace removals was very easy, and exactly what you want when going through a stressful move.

Nathan made the quote process so much easier than I had anticipated - nothing was a problem or trouble. We had responsive and helpful support from Kahlia in the lead up to the move date. The team who moved us [led by Brad] were super efficent and speedy. Overall, we're very glad we picked Grace to help us move office. It was hassle free and streamlined.

The deliver crew of Mitchell and Jaiden made things so easy and they were so friendly and helpful. They had such wonderful personalities and did such a good and helpful job. If I need a removalist again, I'll be asking for these guys to help.

This was made so easy for me. I had some lounge chairs in Brisbane to get to Mareeba (FNQ). Everything was easy and efficient from sales, through pick-up and delivery. The wrapping of the chairs was so well done, my friends even sent me photos because we were all so impressed.
