Grace helped us move from Broome to Dardanup. Their team in Broome was so helpful and professional that it made the move really easy. When we got to Dardanup, the Bunbury team from Grace unloaded our possessions so carefully and on the date they promised it would get yo our new home. Thank you Grace for making this very stressful time of our lives so much easier. To the teams who loaded and unloaded our life possessions thank you for all your hard work.

Our possessions were packed up in Darwin by Grace: on the day we needed them to be collected; nothing was a problem at any stage; our furniture went into storage, easy as. We gained early settlement of a property in Broome, and incredibly, Grace: Broome whom we called at 4pm on the Friday, rearranged their schedule to deliver THE VERY NEXT MORNING at 10am!!! They went well above and beyond, the men removing all the wrapping, helping position furniture, and could not have been more considerate and helpful. Unfortunately we can only give 5 stars, they need 100 stars! We highly recommend Grace: for all removals and storage.

Our Removalists did just an awesome job. Very professional and very quick at loading the truck especially in our Kimberley heat. Thanks to Adam for being so personable and friendly

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Shane, Adam, and Leath. From the moment they arrived, they were a breath of fresh air—professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. They shook my hand upon arrival, had updated me the day before, and immediately brought a positive energy into my home.
Their laughter, singing, and upbeat attitude created such a warm atmosphere that, although I had planned to leave them to their work, I ended up staying and started my cleaning because they brought such a great buzz to the house. They double-checked everything with me to ensure the job was done exactly as needed, and their professionalism never wavered.
What could have been quite an unenjoyable day turned into something genuinely pleasant thanks to them. I am truly grateful for not only the quality of their work, but the quality of their character.
I hope you will kindly pass on my appreciation to Shane, Adam, and Leath for the exceptional experience they provided. They are wonderful representatives of your team and outstanding human beings.

I was in another state & needed to get my belongings out of my motorhome. All members of the Grace team were very helpful, kept me up to date regarding pick up & delivery, & sought clarification from me as needed. I was very happy with the service & would definitely consider Grace for any future moves.

I am very pleased with the Grace Removal Company. From the time I was given my quote, the team who packed my house and delivered my furniture and contents, were very caring, helpful and friendly. I was away for both packing and delivering but this did not cause the team any problems at all. Would recommend Grace Removal I would certainly use this company again.

to say moving is stressfull is an understatement. Grace office staff and ground staff made it as painless as possible.

Jayde Turner in Broome has been extremely accommodating and communicative in assisting the coordination of delivery of Education Department staff consignments to flood affected areas in the Kimberley. In particular she has gone above and beyond to help a family of 5 who lost their house and all possessions in the floods.

these guys went out of their way to get my grandkids presents for Christmas and fitted it in above and beyond even dressed up as elves to deliver.She had a kid in ICU so they worked around her schedule.Wonderful service ,great pricing use them every year highly recommended as boxes arrived in pristine condition and on time thank you guys very much

it was a pleasure dealing with Jayde. Although new in the role Jayde accommodated us whilst learning the processes.

We recently moved from rural WA back to Melbourne. The Grace team in Broome and Melbourne were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were prompt, efficient, respectful of our belongings and a pleasure to deal with. I would most definitely trust them to move us again.

Easy move, during a very busy week. Anthony and Shane were, punctual, very polite and helpful. The move was flawless and much appreciated. Otherwise, it would have been a very long week and weekend, trying to complete a relocation.

Thank you for great service and care with our household goods. Everything arrived in excellent condition. All employees were very helpful and friendly.
