From start to finish the Grace office staff were very helpful and polite. The removalist's were on time and did a great job! We would recommend Grace to anyone wanting a hassle free experience.

They were on time, worked efficient and finished the job in a good time at a very reasonable price

The delivery was on time and the crew Nathan Manson and Darren Meager were very professional, courteous and careful with the delivery items. Darren and Nathan also helped put together some of the items and went beyond expectations.
Overall a very good service.

Max, Peter and Sean worked so hard on a 30 plus degree day. They were helpful, kind natured and professional. I would definitely use grace removals privately if I needed to.

The Bunbury team were friendly, efficient and professional when packing and transporting our belongings from Manjimup to Perth in readiness for delivery to Albany. Very happy with the quality of service. Thanks guys

Edit: there was numerous things damaged upon delivery- hard to know if it was because the box or truck were packed poorly (e.g a steel bucket was packed with the Foxtel box and it’s now scratched really badly, our main floor lamp needs to be chucked out as the pole is bent and the base badly scuffed) or if it was inevitable because of the journey but a bit disappointing in the end.

The entire process was smooth and stress free. The removalists were professional and helpful.

Grace is a big company but it feels as if you're dealing with a nice family. Very friendly, generous and nothing is too much. We moved to Australia with them from Holland 20 years ago and still use them whenever we need removalist services. Personable, great systems in place (quotes, payments) and they will go the distance (literally and as a figure of speech) (if you use that line in an ad, it's copyrighted by me and you ought to pay me ;-) )

The process was easy as. The guys picked up all the furniture from my house and delivered it within 24 hours to my new place. Mr Duance and Mr Wilson the delivery guys from the Bunbury depot were amazing. Willing to help to any requests and even putting my kids bunk bed together for me. Can not recommend these guys enough. Will definitely use again.

Surely the WORST removal company trading.
The export of our belongings from Australia to the UK was a nightmare thanks to this company. The container sat on the docks at Fremantle for weeks after the promised departure time and they had the nerve to charge us extra for their delay. The container was again left behind in Rotterdam. I had to book extra rented accommodation for months due to the delay in delivery. Their zUK agents then charged thousands of £ extra for charges not covered by Grace in their contract.
It took over 5 months to deliver items it took another company 9 weeks to take out originally and cost me over $42,000 in total.
I tell everyone I know NEVER USE GRACE.

Our move was carried out on time, with no fuss under trying winter conditions.
The team of Peter, Shaun, and J were brilliant, Nothing was a problem to them. Very professional.
The office of Glen and Mel was carried out to a tee. so very helpful, made you feel at ease.
Also the price was very reasonable.

The first contact arranging pickup to delivery was very easy and dealing with only a couple of people and not been past through many.

The process of moving our home and garage contents was efficient and the Grace teams made it all a lot less stressful, particularly as they were happy to move the motorbikes at the same time in the containers. The Bunbury team made the experience a happy and sociable occasion
