Thank you to Corey and Cameron from Grace at Wodonga who did a magnificent job packing and loading our possessions. They worked long and hard with humour and patience. Our thanks to them for a stress reduced day.

My relocation experience.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional & helpful.
Upload & unload on time & again the guys were great.
Empty boxes were picked up within 2 days of calling.

The crew loading the goods were super efficient & checked regularly about what was being packed & how it was going to be packed. We were concerned about how the expensive leather lounges would arrive at the other end but they arrived in excellent condition.
The crew delivering the goods were also super efficient, didn’t get frustrated with us over how many times we had them move around a particularly heavy big red chair.
Highly recommend Grace Removals. We have now used Grace Removals twice in two years& would use them again.

Quoting was well handled especially as quantities and items of furniture etc was changing after discussions with ex partner.
Pickup staff were friendly, very good and practical with minimum issues.
Delivery was mostly good with a couple of issues.

From the day we had the Grace representative come to our home to assess our move to the day the team unloaded our belongings, we had a positive experience.
Allison and Jamie-Lee were professional and helpful including when we requested to change our date for packing and uplift. Brett and Matthew packed, loaded at our old address, and unloaded at our new address with care, professionalism, and good humour.

I took longer to move and l wasn’t harassed to when l was moving. Both the team that packed my items and unpacked them were very friendly and helpful. This is the second time in my life that l have moved and the company was very supportive.

Being confident that things would happen was a big relief. Great communication.

Let’s face it moving is stressful, so anything you can do to reduce it is worth it. My recent move from Wodonga to Ballarat was made so much easier by the team from Grace removals in Wodonga. Every step from the quote (done remotely using a clever app that calculates volumes) through packing and uplift to delivery was done quickly, efficiently and professionally- and with a joke and a laugh.
It’s worth the price - Grace probably won’t be the cheapest quote you get - for the peace of mind.

The team was great to deal with and everything went smoothly with the animal transport and the time frame for the delivery to Perth from Victoria. Would recommend for your removal Interstate.

Apart from a minor hiccup at the start everything went very smoothly with our uplift. The 3 guys were very polite and helpful and professional and very careful with our belongings. I would also like to mention Jamie-Lee who was a great help with the organisation and preparation. I would definitely use Grace removals if I were to move again.

Jamie Lea,Paul and all the team from Grace are,ovals went out of their way to make our removal from Wodonga to Brisbane as stress free and seamless as they possibly could. They were professional and attentive to our needs and the removal was great value for money.

The drivers/movers were fantastic. 10 out of 10. The office staff were well below par. Absolutely no coordination between Wodonga and Canberra. Didn't read e-mails with detailed instructions or listen to phone calls when contacted by me or when they themselves contacted me to ask questions. And, even if they did listen to me, they didn't pass the information along to the poor drivers. 3 out of 10.

Came into my home in Queensland just took over new there job and all was done and packed in truck no problems at all went into storage until house was ready and delivered no problems thank you Grace Removals for making a very stressful time so easy Carole Quick Wodonga
