The grace team were really faultless in the way they managed our move. The equipment provided to pack the fellows handling and loading our possessions and the unloading and placement was first rate.

Super friendly and kept me up to date on times

I’m very unhappy,
1. Broken travertine dinner table base top size (150x150). Paid over $6,0000
Table top still useless in my unit as is broken base. (Ihave to pay someone to take it away)
2. Broken travertine coffee top (1mt wide). Base delivered still useless in my unit. Paid over $2.500.
Emailed them said the would get back to me ….They didn’t.
I’m 77 and a pensioner. I still don’t have dinner table or coffee table. At this stage I can’t afford to replace what I had.

The guys that came to pack up were wonderful, and prices very good.

Two people that were outstanding with our removal and they were Brad Clarke and Sam Mears. Of course the rest of the team that did the physical work were awesome too but Brad and Sam shone. Brad is very good with his communications and actioned every thing that we discussed. Sam, at the other end of the removal is also an excellent communicator and was very quick to iron out a couple of small issues. Her customer service skills are second to none as are Brads

The friendly, supportive, professional and helpful attitude of the team made my moving day “easy”. The team were skilled and excellent problem solvers, they worked incredibly hard and maintained their good cheer all day. I have moved several times and this team were the best I have ever experienced. I have no hesitation in recommending Grace removals.

Great removalists! The staff on both sides of the country were excellent. Friendly, energetic and helpful. Nothing was a problem. All very straightforward. Both pick up and delivery were on time and boxes were in good condition and handled well. Very happy with the experience and work and will arrange future removals with Grace.

Terrible experience.
Numerous items broken.
Tv broken as a result of slate lying on it in the container.
Sound systems broken.
Poor packing.
Gold mirror broken .
I felt terribly bad using Grace.
Cancelled work on 10th and 11th October to accept delivery of my item but no show.
Items rather arrived on 12th .
Starting a new life in a new environment with such memories is something I would not even wish for anyone.
Lodge a claim and that is equally frustrating.

In deciding to relocate from NSW to NT it was overwhelming especially given that I only had a few personal possessions that I'd packed and ready for transport. I didn't know where to start. But start I did. I found Grace Removals online and made the call. I spoke to Daniel W. He was very professional and led the conversation with easy and direct questions ... I ended the call confident knowing that my possessions would arrive safely and within the agreed timeframes. Daniel kept me updated throughout the process. When my possessions arrived in Darwin, I was met by two gentlemen who placed my possessions into my temporary rental storage unit. The best 'take away' for me is that the whole transaction (from end to end) was easy, no anxiety, no fuss. I would recommend Grace Removals to family and friends who need to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Overall it was a good experience. I think Grace could lift the bar a little to reflect their premium brand, by offering some additional extras on the day, to make clients feel that the above-average fee is money well spent.

We were renovating our home with entire new flooring and painting. Grace came on the day I called them, Mat was fantastic, very efficient and explained the process. When it came to store our furniture and belongings, the guys were incredible, took great care with packing and stacking into the storage container. They were absolutely lovely through the whole process, even when we needed to extend our storage time, nothing was a problem, delivered our furniture and belongs back and even a follow-up phone call afterwards to make sure we were happy. I would recommend Grace in a heartbeat and will definitely use them again

Guys were great worked really hard all day.

My experience: responded quickly to request for quote. Gave comprehensive information. Once quote was accepted , I found it very difficult to contact them for re assurance in regards to pick up and delivery back, I tried phones calls to no avail. However I was so impressed and
Appreciated the young gentleman who came to pack up my home and store my precious items. They were so thoughtful, professional, and efficient. Once again once I was ready for my items to be returned, I had difficulty contacting to confirm time. But once again the young gentleman turned up on time and were so very good, professional and considerate. They should have a pay raise, they are a credit to Grace removals.
