The cake was lovely but even better was their customer service. My son is diabetic so we needed the carbohydrates info for the cake. My wife emailed Graceful in the evening thinking we would hopefully get a response the next day and he could then eat some. Within 15 minutes they had sent us the full ingredients and info that we needed! Thank you

We ordered a few hundred blondies for our companies 100th birthday and we weren't disappointed. Beautifully packaged and decorated, it was delicious and did not last long at all, so tasty.

Good clear website. Easy ordering. Great to be able to add a personal message. Swift email sales confirmation. Very good delivery speed (given the chaos out there). Good comms re delivery status. Product very much enjoyed by the recipient. Branding very elegant. All good. Thank you :-)

The brownies were the best I have EVER tasted. They were so delicious we can’t wait to order another batch. I ordered for my sisters birthday and was able to do a personalised message which was a great touch. 10/10

Absolutely DELICIOUS, they didn't last a day. The attention to detail was second to none, from the beautiful box and presentation to the actual brownie and blondies themselves. Almost too good to eat, but of course I did eat them all in no time!

She was an absolute dream to communicate with and she dealt with my last minute request so nicely. She was very promt with her replies and updated me and sent me pics of my order!

I had such a lovely experience ordering a brownie box through Graceful. It’s so convenient that they can just be posted through the letterbox, the packaging is so pretty, and the brownies themselves were absolutely delicious!! They are the perfect size and great for sharing, although I could’ve finished the whole box myself they were so moreish. The flavours are also so fun and tasty!

I failed to notice the Track and Trace email I was sent... My delivery was left at the post office for over a week... I only have myself to blame.

Good service otherwise, my query to Graceful was answered within the hour in a very friendly way. And the brownies are delicious, as always.

Gorgeous packaging & absolutely delicious blondies & brownies. The flavours are incredible, they look stunning & I love the crunch of the chocolate on top & all the mix ins throughout. so much packed into such a thin bake. Cannot recommend enough xxx
