SCAM Buyers beware!!!
False advertising There are no contact details including no address or phone
This site needs to be shut down
They say closing down but years later still operating
They say genuine leather and lifetime guarantee but this is not true - products are poor imitation plastic and vinyl PU
You have to cancel your order within 1 hour but you wont be able to because your emails will not be delivered because the email they give you for contact doesn't exist and goes undelivered
They say you must return goods within 30 days but you wont be able to because they wont provide a return address

They say you can get a refund but this is not true because you will send email that goes undelivered or they wont respond

You should google them to read reviews on other sites

Would be negatives.. total organized product scam… don’t buy anything as you don’t get what they claim, & you’ll never get refunded for the junk
You paid for….cheap china made vinyl…false claims and what receive straight from china by way of stop in US so has US address, but when dispute, zero customer service and require return to a china address instead of address of sender on packaging…..

shopping was easy enough and i decided to treat myself to a nice purse and spent way more than i ever have. i keep my purses for several years. the purse in question barely lasted 2 years.

the purse itself was not all it was cracked up to be. It claimed to be 100% leather, but yet the strap was vinyl. the snap hooks kept opening up and my purse would fall no matter how I carried it! i finally decided to take the strap off and carry it as a clutch bag. why I just didn't throw it away then i will never know because the entire lining came apart! i had space for everything i needed and i never overstuffed that purse because i didn't need to! i bought a new purse for $25 and i got way more value out of it!

i heard they went out of business. that's understandable...

I'm Torn About Reviewing Graces Bags. On One Hand, Their Website Looks Appealing, And The Design Are Trendy. However, The Reality Falls Short. I've Read Numerous Reviews From Customers Who've Had Disappointing Experiences With This Website.

I gave 3 stars for the deceptive advertising. That being said the bag itself is beautiful. Exemplary construction with sleek styling. Genuine leather. I always receive so many compliments when I carry.this bag. No issue with duplicate charges. Shipping took about 3 weeks.

Stop supporting ai slop and cheaply made products! This shop is one of many examples of ai and horribly made products hiding behind a sob story. Don’t buy into this scam.

Not very well made product cheap zips on the bag. I asked to return but it was going to cost the same as the product.
These are made in the far east, and not in the uk as it makes you believe

I wish I could give 0 star. I too got scammed last year. The story is fake, and the bags are made of PU, not leather they claim on the website. Be aware.

Misled by a Facebook page disguised as Home Depot. Charges keep appearing on my credit card. Company name was "allowbags.com" Total scam .

Bought backpack and the centrally placed strap ring broke after a month. Simultaneously the buckle screws fell out and thus the bag is unable to be secured.

Same story as everyone else. Got conned by retirement story but they are still operating 1 year later! A part continuously unscrews and then the strap falls off, since receiving the bag. Last time I lost it though so reached out for a spare part and after immediate response, they have gone radio silent.
Agree with other comments. Thin straps, poor quality, looks different on their website, and obviously a con because they are not retiring!

The purse is pretty, but the straps are thin, and the material is cheap. Not long after purchasing it, a strap broke. I took it to the repair shop. The next day another strap broke. I’m stuck with an overpriced, broken purse that I cannot use because I do not want to have it repaired again. Do NOT buy any of their products. Their commercials looked so nice, and they said they were having a going-out-of-business sale. Shame on them for lies, and shame on me for not investigating it further before buying.

These bags are mostly made from fake leather. PU etc.

They are sold on Temu! Based in China. I've had some really nice handbags from Aliexpress and Temu. Just watch for the shipping costs on Aliexpress.
Temu use Clearpay and Klarna. I will only use sellers who use Klarna and Clearpay. I won't even use PayPal.
Always check to make sure they use a good financial system. If they take only use credit card, debit card, and PayPal, stay well clear. There's a lovely bag. £70 on their website. On Temu it's £7.99!
And Temu give you plenty of time for free returns using Evri.

I was also scammed by Grace/berk

Appear to now be operating Berkleather.com. Same exact website and purses, same return policy. It would cost approx a hundred dollars to return item to China.
I ordered my purses from Graces. Pieces of crap. Faux leather, lousy finishing touches. Crappy customer service, shall I go on?
My credit card company backed me on this. Would have been out a lot of money otherwise.

This is a complete con with poor quality bags from China. It has reappeared as Berk Bags, same story about retirement etc. but it's not a story with a happy ending for anyone who believes they will get a quality bag. The 4 or 5 star comments are almost certainly fraudulent just like Grace and her chums. Avoid or be prepared to be disappointed.

I ordered two bags (~$70) before checking reviews. Once I did, I tried to cancel. Grace's acted like they hadn't received the cancellation. I tried to get my bank and the credit card company to freeze the transaction. Neither attempt worked. I kept writing Grace's, asking for my money back--no reply. When I received the merchandise, I returned the merchandise, requesting my money back again. The shipping address was through a second party, so I had no address to cite in my complaint. I lost my money. I recently saw they were trying the same scam in advertising a slightly different product but with the same story--woman artisan retiring, great sale on remainders—on a reputable site. I hated to think of it being associated with a rip-off scam, but it, like me, mislaid trust.

THE WORST!!! first of all there is NO Grace, then the picture is not the real sizing. Then the "leather" is plastic VEGAN leather" lol. really.... Then I wore it ONE time and the stitches ripped open. They wanted $30. to return the 2 bags.
